The place was spotless and very cozy—we really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town of Chania. The room was on the smaller side, but it is really nice with a charming vintage vibe and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it!

Only the wifi. It was really weird, it was turning on and off at all times, sometimes you have it sometimes you dont, you need to fix that. For that money i paid i was hoping to not have a problem with that.

The hotel is really nice and cosy, really interesting looking too, has lots of rooms and a garden with tables, the location is perfect, really near the old town a few minutes away. It is a little noisy but not as much as i read in the coments here before i came and it wasnt as bad. The AC is working good but its not that hot as i thought it would be. I have to say the best impression left the room service. I wasnt expecting it, especially every day that was really nice of the hotel, the lady was super nice and friendly and really made an impression on us! Everything was perfect honestlly!!!

The wi-fi signal in the room was very weak. The hotel did not seem to have a reception, or if there was, it was closed all the time. We had to call the hotel number for somebody to appear for the check-in, and same thing for check-out, because nobody was around at any time.

The traffic noise was quite lout and we could hear cars passing by during night as well, as the windows are directly on the street at the ground floor. Warm water wasn't always available.

The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was quite clean but pretty small. Overall, it is a good option if you want to save some money. The back garden is really nice!

The hotel room was very clean and cute. It had a vintage vibe which was very homely and romantic. Everyday the room was cleaned by a very nice lady, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The location was excellent, it was next to the ktel station (10 min walking). We recommend it highly!!

We had a little trouble with the sink, as the plug mysteriously stuck in thhere, so we had to operate it out. We were also expecting to have an iron in the apartment, which was written in the description, but I think we could've asked for it, in the end we didn't even need it. Other than this, everything was perfect.

We loved the area, it was perfectly close to the city center, everything was reachable in a 15 minute walk. The little garden in front of our apartment was so cute, and we loved that it was a stand-alone little house, not just a room.

I am not a fan of air conditioning but the room can get quite hot so I had to use it several times throughout the day to keep it cool. A personal preference rather than a complaint - it works perfectly

Can be noisy during the night due to busy road, but it was hot and we had to open the windows. Air conditioner is placed to flow directly to bed so we didn't use it so much. We slept well but could be a problem if you need silence to sleep.

Facilities as promised, they are cleaning every day, and sheets are changed every second day. Location is good, close to bus station and center. The bathrom was very nice. Good value for price in total.

Room with the windows opened on the really noisy, deafening street, there is really "busy" street, we had problem with sleeping and sometimes woke up a little bit tired.
