The hot water pressure was low. The beach in front of the hotel wasn't very clean. However, there were another beaches you could visit by car.

The apartment was very clean and the stuff was friendly. Everything needed was just around the corner - the beach, very nice bakery and restaurant, shops.

The hotel placed on top location - it is near all restaurants and supermarkets, 50m away from the beach. Yes, 50m! The rooms are super clean, comfortable and there is everything needed for a family with kids. The staff changes the bed sheets every two days, which is great. The owners live there and they are super kind always ready to help. The place has its own parking with a lot of trees, so your car will not be placed directly under the sun.

Clean, tidy, quiet, family friendly, cute domesticated cats in the garden. It was a last - minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised.

Be aware that this location is not easily reachable outside the season. Its one thing to get there, but anothee to get out - Ktel Halkidiki buses did not go from Psakoudia at all. We had to hichhike:) to Nikiti.

The view from the front balcony is amazing. Everything is close by. Its clean, comfortable and there are cool board games and sweet cats arouns the house. Communication with Mr. Dimitrios is quick and smooth.

The owner had a big dog that barked every time somebody went by and even when I was in bed I could hear the dog. Although we booked an apartment with a sea view the owner insisted that it was one with a side beach view, which we hadn’t. We ended up with the sea view and were very happy. The door lock was very old and needed replacing as it took about 5 mins to unlock the door.

The location was great as. It’s just across the road to the beach. The balcony was spacious.

A little old bath and broken hanger. There is no coffee machine, only schwarz coffee machine.

Perfect location to the beach. Up to half hour to perfect beaches and boat adventures. Local beach is better in free zone on the right, in the begging of Psakudia. Perfect taverns near apartment.

Everything was perfect.

The studio was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we need. We found a parking spot near the building. The graden is very beautiful. The location is very good.

Beautiful accomodation, next to the beach, and has a yard very suitable for children, equipped with swings, slides etc. The hosts are very nice and helpful. I would recommend it for a perfect holiday.

Very clean and well equipped studio, the beds are really comfortable, the staff was very nice and friendly, great location just next to the sea. I really liked the fact that there were mosquito nets, also the garden was wonderful with swings, playground area and a few kittens which the kids really enjoyed.

The hotel was clean. We had very nice terrace. Friendly hosts. Very good location: the beach is just across the street, also on the both sides of the hotel there are nice coffee and taverna. The windows in our room were soundproof so not much (if at all) noise from the taverna could be heard inside during the busy evening hours.

The bed was creaky, the others woke up with every movement on the bed....

The staff was very friendy, they changed the blankets and towels every 2 days and they cleaned the room.

- The bedroom mattress is outdated and must be changed; - It could be a bit noisy in the evening, because the hotel is on the main street and there are restaurants nearby;

- Excellent location (beach, tavernas, shops); - Friendly staff, good communication - we were allowed to check-in a bit earlier; - Clean place (the room has been cleaned every 2 days); - Nice view from the spacious terrace;
