It definitely needs a refurbishing of the facilities, especially the bathrooms. There was a smell coming from the drain and the shower is on level with the rest. Imagine like a smelly wet room. Water spilling everywhere when you shower and then the water never really dries so the grout gets moldy. Just for that I wouldn't recommend. That really wasn't a very nice experience.

In general it was nice, a decent value for money, quite comfy. The staff was very nice and kind and accommodating. Nice people.

The bed was not comfortable at all and the environment was noisy. There was no security at all in the hotel. Someone who is not a guest of the hotel can easily enter the parking lot from outside. In the evening, the door of our room was forced (fortunately it was locked), I went out of the room and saw someone walking away and he raised his hand and pretended to apologize (how could he mess up his room??) If the door had not been locked, he would have entered the room. There is a security vulnerability in this hotel.

It is in a good location and has its own private beach. The breakfast was relatively good. Staff. was so friendly. wifi is so good also.

The thing I didn't like was the shower. Somehow there was plenty of steaming hot water but not enough cold. The showerhead was broken which made it hard to take a proper shower after coming back from the beach.

Really close to the beach. The hotel has its own small private beach. It has a restaurant as well. Not too far from the city 20-25 minutes tops. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was really friendly. Pretty normal cost-benefit ratio.

The bathroom was terrible. Obviously, no maintanence done in this facility for dozen of years. The liners was clean but bed was very old and partially damaged on the springs. Any facility could be old fashion but to be maintained and keeping good condition is a big reaponsibility to satisfy the customer. I will not share any photos or evidence. I believe the hotel responsibles are fully aware of the situation and for sure they have their own reason. I dont want to put them in a bad position but i hope this feedback will help to their improvement

the apartment was not so clean. there are no shower cabin in the bathroom, and that is why all bathroom was with water and you even can’t go to the toilet after you take a shower . there is no minibar , and I ask to make for me the tea (the cost is 5€) , I booked with the breakfast , but at the reception we ask to pay for breakfast again

Room was a little smal and tired with a bathroom door that would not close. Car required if you want a better choice of restaurants. Bar/restaurant on site was not open.

The people in the reception, Miss Maria, Mr Dimitris and Kikki! They were very helpful and they did what they could to help me and my mum to be comfortable. Very understanding people. The hotel is near the sea and there is nice coffee and food to eat.

The cleanliness was very poor and facilities within the accommodation were poor and at times unsafe (exposed electrical cables, wall sockets were not fixed into the wall correctly) Shower was blocked When arriving at the initial accommodation we found to fridge to be mouldy and unclean - due to this we requested a different room. The second room was also unclean and in very poor cosmetic condition. Beds were very uncomfortable, we had a very poor sleep Bed frames were visibly stained and also bed linen The outside space with seating was raised with a steep drop with no rails or steps.

.The room was completely unacceptable for accommodation: • It was extremely dark and the shutters could not be opened. • There was a strong smell of damp and mold. • The floors were wet, and water was splashing out from the wooden flooring when stepped on. We checked in at 17:00 but had to leave around 01:00 due to these conditions. It was impossible for anyone to stay in such a room. I kindly request a full refund for this booking, and I hope you will understand the situation and handle it accordingly.
