Breakfast wasn't great but that's a personal thing. Lots on offer but I'm gluten free so not much choice for me. Had pool towels in the room when we got there which we used on our first day but once the maid came on the second day they were taken away and we didn't get any more.

Great location. Lots of beaches with sunbeds and bars within walking distance. Yanis the Barman was brilliant. He'd come and chat with us by the pool and play music we liked at night

We didn't ask if any, but if there would be one more key to the room, that would be more comfortable. But again, maybe there was, we didn't ask.

Clean, calm, cosy hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, handmade bakery and jams, very delicious. The owners of the hotel is always around, asking if everything is ok. The personnel is helpful, kind and always smiling. If anyone goes there say hello to them from Ozzy Osbourne, Giannis from the bar will probably sing for you :) Thanks for the lovely week.

Would benefit from a new road sign and clearer instructions to excellent free parking.

A lovely small hotel in a quiet set back situation just back from the main coast road. Great friendly staff and an excellent breakfast available. Short walk to several great restaurants. Wish we could have had longer here.

The bathroom was small and cramped making it unpleasant. The breakfast offered was average at best.

One of the best beaches in Samos is literally across the street. The staff were unfailingly polite, smiling and helpful. The room had a little kitchenette hidden inside a closet.

Unfortunately before our arrival there have been guests who where not careful in the apartment/ room, due to this the toilet had serious issues which the hotel was not able to fix during our holiday.

The employees where amazing, lovely people, who really wanted to arrange everything in the best possible way. Great breakfast, very clean room, nice place near the pool, and a good variety of drinks and amusement at the pool ;)

Beautiful, clean, great food. Very comfortable beds, special mattress and pillows, fabulous. Loved the pool area, very well looked after by John and friends. Also the lovely space at the beach just across the road from hotel. The great bar person John comes across with a drink or food and also has a friendly chat with everyone. Nicky, what a lovely pleasant girl, nothing was a bother to her and also the rest of the stall who made our holiday so enjoyable. We felt very much part of the family and would thoroughly recommend a visit. Thanks everyone 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍❤️

As I said, some of the staff is very relaxed as they can turn down your requests. Couple of times we asked for coffee or toast or snacks but got turned down with answers such as; "It is not the time", "I have a big group so it will take an hour", "The coffee machine is off but you can get it what ever is left". These were the answers from the gentleman who was taking care of the bar. After these encounters, we stopped asking and got our food from a near by market. Also, another thing that made me confused and uneasy was the policy at the beach. There were notes attached to the beach chairs saying that the beach chairs are for the hotel guests but it was asking for a minimum order from the bar. The gentleman at the bar also mentioned this while we were checking in. I mean I don't mind a small fee being included in the price but asking something in a way that you are not obliged to but it would be awkward if you did not order anything. That was one of the things that put me off about this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. Although the whole area is pretty quite, the hotel is located away from local bars and tavernas (which can be noisy during Greek Nights) which makes the place very quite. The cleaning staff was very helpful and willing to go the distance for our comfort despite the language barrier. Also the manager (the gentleman who owns the place I guess) did not hesitate to help out when we had a minor complaint about the bathroom. In a couple of hours (when we were back from the sea) the problem was sorted out. The hotel has parking space for their guests and we appreciated the dedicated parking. Overall the staff were very relaxed (sometimes very relaxed) that we were not bothered much. Did not feel their presence much in the hotel.

The hospitality was amazing, everyone was so kind and always with a smile. We felt like family the moment we arrived. Great breakfast, clean rooms, and super close to a beautiful beach. This was an incredible value, and to us was in the perfect location. Walk to dinner and a walk back was awesome!

Exceptional staff and very kind, insufficient in number though. No sea view from my room as mentioned in booking. Smaller room than the one I booked for. Desapponting breakfast. Low quality ingredients. Changement of bed sheets every 4 days. Many technical issues in the room, doors didn't close properly, dirty curtains, floor was a mess.

Staff was exceptional, hard working and kind. Comfortable beds.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was so nice and modern! The breakfast was really good and also the food they had in the poolbar. It was a little bit of a walk to go to the center of Votsalakia but there were supermarkets, coffe shops and restaurants all the way along the way! 10/10 would recommend!

The room was scarcely furnished, nowhere to put down or hang up your belongings. Some of the staff was shockingly impolite and even passive aggressive at times. Especially the breakfast lady. As far as I could tell she was polite to other guests. She didn’t even say good morning to us, even we we said good morning to her. Extremely unpleasant woman.
