Hotel beach is approx 15 minutes away by foot and was extra cost. But you can find a free spot on the beach 10 mins away from hotel.

We traveled with our toddler. The hotel was very clean and we allowed our toffler to walk all over, the staff were all friendly people, the place was clean, food was good and diverse.

The menu of the all inclusive was pretty much the same every day and without much of a variety. Sometimes, we were struggling what to chose as a healthy meal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really appreciated it. The location is far away from the sea but there was a shuttle transportation.

Incomplete kitchen in the suites: limited cutlery, no cleaner and sponge for the dishes, no replenishment of coffee capsules, no tea bags. Restaurant: crappy draft beer, bad coffee, food relatively diverse but quality passable, drinks vending machine out of order, two bars with strangely different offerings

Breakfast was very good but the toaster was never working. The staff at the breakfast stopped us everyday, we were a group of 12 people, because some of the guests who were men wore their swimsuits (bermudas) with a t shirt for breakfast and they were asked to go and change every day, even though the they were not wet and this annoyed us.

Breakfast was vast and there was the live cooking with freshly cooked omelettes and great pancakes which I really liked. There also was a great choice and all was cooked very good.

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, more like a pension (guest house). The parking area is not paved (it becomes very muddy when it rains). The breakfast and dinner have variety, but the food had poor quality. The room cleaning staff seem not to understand English. (We asked not to come for cleaning when the baby is sleeping and she still came whenever she wanted).

The pool area was nice and clean. The bartender was friendly. The room was big and had a nice balcony, but the bathroom was not recently renovated.

For the price we paid, we got way more than we expected. The room was beautifully designed and very spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the garden. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was outstanding, with options for every taste. We were impressed by how peaceful the hotel was even during high season. Great location, walking distance to the beach and Polychrono town. The staff were super accommodating. It felt like staying at a much more expensive resort!
