Excellent location close to Kalamaki beach, very nice villa and great owner. Make sure you use their own car rental as it's much better than you'd get from a rental agency in Corfu.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. We rented a car through them which made our experience even better. I would say having a car is a must to be able to visit the beaches och the cities. The view from the room is beautiful. Even tho the beaches are amazing (maybe not the closest one) we also got to use the pool area which also was very clean and peaceful. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

10/10 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had a fantastic experience staying here! The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive – always checking in to make sure everything was okay. He even offered to drive us to the supermarket when we arrived late, and later brought us to a nearby village and to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommend to anyone visiting Corfu!

If you need to relax, this is the ideal place. A small family-run hotel in an elevated position, with a spectacular view of the sea. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is new and modern, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is very large and beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable. But the most beautiful thing is the balcony with sea view, surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can spend the evenings watching the lights of Albania that is opposite. The owner is very kind but not intrusive. In an excellent position to reach the northern beaches. The beach below, reachable on foot in 5 minutes is ideal for children, as the water is very shallow for about 50 meters

nice location just outside Kassiopi , need a car to reach it ! and it’s tricky to go up the steep driveway in manual , but this is a small thing! one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Corfu

Lovely clean units. Nice view of Saranda from the balcony. Never got to use the pool as the beaches in the area are so beautiful. Note, it’s a mobile phone dead zone, so our phones were connecting to Albanian mobile towers where non-EU roaming charges apply. We turned off roaming and used WiFi.

Everything went incredibly well. We arrived early in the morning, were greeted warmly and checked in immediately. The apartment is beautiful, clean and bright. There are all the necessary appliances and devices in the kitchen, air conditioning and TV. The view from the balcony is a special treat. Incredible scenery of the sea beach and majestic mountains that we could see every day. The owner was very nice, offered to take us to the store right away. And in general, throughout the holiday, he repeatedly drove us to the neighbouring town and for free. In the room, as a gift, there were delicious wine, juice, water and coffee (tea). In general, a very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful people. We thank the owner and all the staff for such a wonderful holiday and a sense of safety, comfort and excitement. We will definitely come back again

Thanassis greeted us warmly and took our cases to our room. Apartment had everything we needed and a great view of sea, beach, Albania. Super shower and new bathroom. Good air conditioning. Beds firm but ok. We slept well. The whole place was spotless and well looked after. Pool was wonderful for cooling off in and good sunbeds. There was everything we needed and more. Wi-fi worked well for us. We visited Kassiopi most nights for lovely restaurants, harbour and shops. Thanassis gave us good advice and helped if we needed it. A lovely stay! Thank you.

The only comment I would make to improve the apartment is that there is a table and two chairs in the kitchen area that are very high. As slightly older, not very tall people, we found the chairs hard to get in and out of. I would have preferred a table and chairs that were normal height.

The Dionysos apartment was a perfect place for us to stay for several reasons. The apartment was designed perfectly, so that we had everything we needed, a large rain shower, a kitchenette, a large comfortable bed, good A/C, a lovely balcony with a view to the sea. There is also a wonderful, infinity pool. You just have to walk across the street and down the hill (which you can also drive, as there is parking down by the beach) to get to the large, sandy beach, so we did a lot of swimming while we stayed here! We had originally thought we'd like to be in town, in Kassiopi, but we realized that, for doing day trips, it was easier to be here, a bit out of town, so we didn't have to deal with traffic and parking when we went out for the day. If we had had more time left in our trip we would have enjoyed staying here a few more days, just to relax.

Occasional road noise in mornings and evenings but fell quiet at night.

Great views out to coast,surrounding hills and Albanian mountains from balcony. Well equipped room and nice small pool. Lots of wildlife around with nesting swallows around the premises chattering away. Very quiet at night. Good restaurants in nearby Kassiopi. Some great coastal walks in northern Corfu.

We had a lovely time staying here. Thenassis was a warm and generous host and the whole family loved hanging around the pool and driving into Kassiope, which is only 7 mins away, for restaurants and beach.
