It was so clean and well looked after. The two ladies who worked there were so helpful and did an amazing job keeping the property and surrounding area tidy and clean with attention to small details.

The only slight issue we had was that the air conditioning unit was placed in the lounge area rather than the bedroom. This made it unbearably hot and difficult to sleep in the height of the summer heat, despite the room having a ceiling fan.

The bathroom, especially the shower was amazing, the room was cleaned everyday and was spotless. The pool area was lovely and very quiet, some days we had it to ourselves. There was a small supermarket close by which was reasonably well stocked (the chocolate croissants were to die for!) The kitchen facilities in the room weren't great if you actually wanted to prepare a meal, however this wasn't an issue for us as we ate out every night. Overall it was a lovely stay in fabulous apartments.

Everything! This is an amazing property. We felt so welcomed and at ease as soon as we arrived. We had the most beautiful countryside view from our balcony. There was no one else on the pool whenever we wanted to use it and there are loads of bars/ tavernas within walking distance. The beaches nearby are beautiful. The rooms are even nice than on the pictures. We will definitely return. We had a problem with the shower and it was fixed within an hour! An amazing place to stay! Thank you 🤩

Extremely clean accommodation, lovely staff, comfortable room and a great shower. Parking if you need it. Breakfast can be had at a couple of the apartment complexes next door. Supermarket very close by. Lovely location close to good restaurants and kolios beach, where you'll find two beach bars, one of which is more sophisticated in terms of the food range and quality, but still has a chilled vibe. A nice place to eat in the evening watching the sun go down.Plenty of other restaurants nearby and lots of good beaches just a couple of bus stops away. The buses are great, and run every ten minutes or so. We often had the pool to ourselves at The Albanis, which was fabulous. Nice views, very quiet, very clean. We'll definitely be returning!

Beautiful quiet pool area which often had to ourselves. Felt more like a villa experience. Beautifully clean. Everything we needed. Sonya extremely helpful and friendly. Close to the busstop even though quiet location away from the main road. Lovely taverna nearby and the small, attractive Kolios beach.

We mentioned to Stavos that as we were there for 3 weeks a mini oven or air fryer would have been useful, as we didn't want to eat out every night. He understood and said he would look into this for our return next year.

The location is fab, mid island with local restaurants and cocktail bars very close to hand. Walking distance to local beach, although we had a car and travelled all around. Very friendly owner (Stavos). The apartments are kept beautifully clean by the lovely Sonia daily. Good clean bedding and towels and fab shower.

Very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Beds and towels changed on request. Lovely host, great location. Best shower I’ve had in Greece. Swimming Pool area quiet with comfortable sun beds.

Absolutely nothing to dislike …. but as mentioned by others, pool surface is quite rough. There’s no safe in the room. Neither issue detracts from the quality of our stay.

Excellent value for money. Incredibly clean, absolutely spotless. Rooms were quite modern with fresh decor. Rooms cleaned and bedding and towels changed daily. Great location. Windows and doors were great, with built in mesh to keep the nasties out. Very kind and hardworking staff.

What a wonderful holiday my daughter and I have just returned from. Villa Albanis, a 2 bedroomed apartment, with wrap around balcony giving us both stunning inland views and lovely Seaview. Peacefull location, Sonia and her family have created a welcoming residence. The very pretty pool area with well padded comfortable sunbeds and large sunshades was a peaceful area, sometimes having the pool to ourselves. I can't wait to return.

The apartment was in a beautiful setting and was convenient for the bus to see other places in Skiathos. A short walk downhill to the beach but the hill wasn't too steep. It was well equipped and exceptionally clean. The owner and staff were very friendly.

This place is wonderful- owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms were super clean and parking was an ease.

The apartment was too small for 4 adults. Not enough wardrobe space or drawers, coat hangers. Would be useful to have a dust pan and brush. Swimming pool coating is dangerous, my son in law and daughter cut their feet/ankles.

A permanent noise from a hydrophore, which becomes disturbing at night. I was able to sleep, I was always tired but if you are sensitive to noises, you can hear how that equipment starts/stops permanently. I understood that it would be connected to a water tank on the building, I don't know for sure. A more noisy technical solution should be repaired or found. The sink in the bathroom is incredibly small, you can't even brush your teeth without pouring water on yourself, no matter how careful you are. Lack of soap/sponge support in the shower cabin.

It is a studio with a living room and a bedroom, equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. Clean, spacious for two people, quick check-in and sheck-out, parking space, quiet except for a permanent noise from a hydrophore, I think. Ok lighting inside, good wi-fi speed, daily cleaning, changed sheets every 2 nights.
