Service and attention to details with rapidity in providing the services. Location in our opinion is the best in Fira. It gives the ability to visit Imerovigli 20minutes walk or the central of busy Fira. The room is daily cleaned, comfortable bed and it reflects what was described upon reservation. Anteliz Suites is a dream for couples. Stunning caldera views, a peaceful location just minutes from Fira, and beautiful, spotless rooms. Breakfast by the pool with that view was unforgettable. The staff are warm, helpful, and make you feel at home. Breakfast was amazing as well ! Truly romantic and worth every penny—we’ll definitely return!

Slight lack of privacy but it was a price we were prepared to pay. The room was over looked by the restaurant, the dividing wall to room next door was too low, and there is a public footpath at the end of the infinity pool with cruise liner tourists gawping in.

Location location location! We had room 204 with Infinity pool overlooking the bay and it was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. By way of example they organised a wine tasting for us and tickets for the nearby Volkan cinema after we were told it was sold out! The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was first class too. This is a premium boutique hotel that oozes class so expect to pay premium prices for rooms, food & drinks - but worth every penny. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Santorini. It had stunning views of the Caldera and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were amazing and offered us help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is perfect !

This hotel is stunning,and the staff are wonderful.They arranged all our transfers from airport to port and accommodated us on our first day at short notice , when our ferry was cancelled .A special thank you to Georgios for being so welcoming and attentive.You really made our stay !Breakfast and dinner were delicious and served on a beautiful terrace with incredible caldera view.Our room upgrade was fantastic and late check out greatly appreciated.On our last day we were able to leave our luggage and do the amazing walk from Fira to Oia before returning for a last swim The rooms and pool area are incredibly beautiful.

Everything was great

Great location slightly away from the busyness of Fira, and close to Firastefani. The hotel has an amazing terrace for drinks/dinner with a fantastic sunset view, and a nice pool wirh lounging area. The staff were exceptional, very warm and friendly and the manager went out of his way to accommodate us with a later checkout

Absolutely the most amazing place to stay perched on the rim of the volcano!! Jaw droppingly beautiful at any time of the day or night and a great location with easy access to Fira. Best breakfast, best dinner, best staff. George, Anthony and the team were amazing and made our stay so memorable. The property is perfect and so clean and well maintained. If I could give an 11 out of 10 for this review I would. If you are thinking of staying there do not hesitate, you won't be disappointed - we will be back!!

Absolutely nothing it’s not possible

Our 3rd visit and there will be more. What did we like ? Everything. Location, staff,attention to detail, food, We wanted for nothing. Breakfast was easily the best we’ve had anywhere and we are fortunate to travel far and wide. Each and every one of the staff all seem to have been there for years and are so very attentive without being in your face. Rooms are beautiful and spotless as is the whole place. It’s difficult not to think it’s just opened as everything is pristine. Location is absolutely perfect away from the crowds of Fira 5 minutes walk away but so easy to walk into. And the view. No words can describe it. Without doubt the best view anywhere in the world. We will be back

The views of the Caldera were amazing. The hotel was top-notch with the most accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious. We selected two items from the regular breakfast menu, plus two beverage choices. there were delicious options. The pool was perfect for the hot days when you had a little downtime in the middle of the day. It was very walkable to Fira. We were delighted to have chosen this hotel for our stay.

The level of service and hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff truly try to make your stay as good as possible. For example we reached out ahead of time to ask if we could leave our luggage at the reception since we were arriving in the morning before check in time - they accommodated our early arrival and we were able to check us in right away - over 5 hours early. The location, approximately halfway between the cities of Fira and Firostefani, is perfect since it's much calmer than other locations closer to the town centers, but it's still easily walkable (about 10 - 15 minutes) . In my opinion, this is the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and don't like crowds. There is an exceptional view of the caldera and of the sunset from the terrace and several of the suites. The breakfasts are delicious - you can choose a la carte from sweet as well as savoury options. We also ate an exceptional dinner at the restaurant and watched the sunset at the same time. A fantastic experience!

Privacy was challenging, with tourists coming into the hotel to take pictures from off the walking path...since the pool and lounge chairs are right at the front, I often felt like my photo was being taken.

We appreciated the excellent location, the chill ambiance of the property, and especially the wonderful staff, who were always there to provide anything we needed. A special acknowledgment must go to George, the manager, for setting such a pleasant tone with his warm welcome and spot-on recommendations throughout our visit, and also for some timely assistance on our departure day. Our ferry to Mykonos was cancelled with short notice and we had to scramble to make the only other one. George made some calls and presto, we were on our way. Thanks again, George!

All wa very good, one does need to park about 5 minutes walk, but that is to be expected when the whole infrastructure is build on cliffs.

The staff was professional, and efficient always with a smile. They were knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help. Location-perfect. Breakfast-to die for! Cleanliness-outstanding. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely nothing don't change a single thing top class.

Everything.. superbly run by Elizabeth & Anthony. Staff are treated like family so there's a wonderful friendly atmosphere at all times from breakfast throughout the day every day. We stayed for a week and have never been treated so well anywhere else in the world and we travel at least 5 times a year so a huge thank you to all at the Anteliz Suites. On arrival a member of staff came to collect our luggage from Fira Stephanie square and only a 5 min walk to Anteliz Suites top class service at no extra cost and same service when departing 👏👏. Breakfast is absolutely superb beautifully prepared to the finest detail and served by the most wonderful staff nothing is too much to ask lovely lovely people so polite just so so nice giving the most genuine advice on things to do where to go on the island etc. Sunbathing area just fantastic with the most breathtaking views at all times, towels provided, sun beds so comfortable not like your typical uncomfortable hard, discolored ones. Rooms are pure class bright and airy (air conditioning also )everything provided fresh towels every day, spotlessly clean magnificent bathroom/ shower, very very comfortable bed just like sleeping in your own bed at home. It's just a 5 min walk to Fira town centre so ideal location overlooking the caldera no noise by night whatsoever so it's set in the most perfect quiet location one could look for yet so close to everything. Normal check out is 11am but as our flight was at 9.30pm we asked about a late checkout and we were offered our room until we were leaving at no extra charge which was brilliant so a big big thank you to Elizabeth & Anthony for being so kind for providing this added bonus to us. Finally I would highly recommend the Anteliz Suites to anyone wishing to visit Santorini you will not find anywhere on the island that's run better than this guaranteed and look after you so well 👌.
