Nothing really. Our only issues were with the public transport buses and the incredibly rude bus drivers and ticket sellers. They only run once an hour to Imerovigli so if you miss your slot it's a bit of a wait, which is not a reflection on the accommodation at all. Our host provided us with bus timetables which as long as you plan well, you shouldn't have any issues. Be aware though stairs are part of life on Santorini, there's no doorstep drop off available.

Everything about this place is amazing. The photos are accurate, with stunning views each night during sunset. The room we had was huge, our host describing it as a "cave" which was on point. Location was wonderful, away from the busyness of Fira and Oia but an easy walking distance to Fira if you feel like a stroll. Plenty of eating options nearby for all budgets and a couple of supermarkets for snacks.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The owner, Georgia, was incredibly kind and helpful — she went out of her way to book taxis and restaurant reservations for us. The rooms are lovely, each with a small terrace offering probably the best sunset view in all of Santorini. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful places I've stayed in my life, not only for the gorgeous view of the Santonini sunset, nor for its beautiful terraces with jacuzzi to spend the afternoon, what's most worthwhile about this place is the attention you get, Mrs. Georgia takes care of you incredibly and makes you feel at home, one of my best experiences, I recommend this place 100%. thank you for the experience.

The owner, Georgia & her staff were absolutely amazing, so lovely, accommodating and helpful. They kept checking in on us when we would arrive (we were delayed), gave us info on places to eat and rent atv etc. Ideal location, 10mins from Skaros rock, close to shops and just above the main pathway to Oia/Fira & view was absolutely stunning, the room was clean, bedding was comfortable.

Annio is a little gem in Imerovigli, pure Greek authenticity amongst all the bougee hotels in the neighbourhood. Georgia is a fantastic host, always present and very knowledgeable about activities and services in the area. Nothing was too much effort, from getting our luggage to & fro, recommending restaurants/activities, arranging transfers and late check-outs. Added bonus is that the property is located on the Fira-Oia footpath, but slightly elevated so as not to be bothered by passing tourists. The sunset views are just amazing!

Ms Georgia and her staff were attentive and kind, giving us a thorough overview of the property and general knowledge about Santorini. The apartment was very clean and with several amenities (iron, hair dryer, coffee pot, refrigerator). We will be back (and have told our family about this total gem in Imerovigli)! Efcharisto poli.

A couple of water and power disruptions but was immediately solved by the owner. It would be good to have a microwave instead of stove. For initial check in, Please follow the owner instructions to get to the property. Google map doesn't work.

Perfect sunset view every evening at the balcony. Georgia the owner was very hospitable and arranged an upgrade for my separate booking. Housekeeping is done everyday and absolutely clean. The location is accessible to Fira by foot pate in 30 min and Oia in 2 hours. 20 min to Skaros rock in front of the property.

This place has the best sunset view! The mattress was so comfortable, we want to buy the same one for home. Georgia and the rest of the staff are helpful and go above and beyond! It is in a convenient location, not too many steps down from town, and many yummy restaurants near by.

The best place to watch the sunset is Imerovigli -not so many tourists, just the amazing views. We absolutely loved our stay, the staff was friendly, the room had everything we needed. Imerovigli is a quieter part of Santorini, but getting around the island with the bus was easy and the bus stop was not far away. Would stay again!

We stayed for 5 nights. Everything about the property was fantastic and beyond expectation. We had great sunset sea view which are even better than a lot of places we visited in Oie. So we ended up getting food back and eat at the terrace to enjoy the sunset sea views in the hotel. The location is great , it’s beautiful and quiet not too much tourists noises around and yet very central which allows you to walk to either Fira (25 min) and Oie( 2 hour hike would suggest to take the bus nearby). The room looks exactly like the pictures we see on booking.com. The flowers outside the terrace are so beautifully arranged it’s a great location for photos taking. My teenage daughter loves it. The room is spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. We find it interesting when the weather is hot in the day the room inside still feels cooling and very comfy. It’s just what we need exactly after coming back sweating from a day tour out to other places. And also find our room been cleaned nicely every day. We all want to express great thanks to the hosts Georgia and Makis, both have been very attentive to our family needs throughout our stay. Georgia had arranged for our transport and luggages from/to the airport and shared with us great information about the beautiful island during our stay, and Makis helped my daughter with an urgent fix on her luggage before we had to leave for the airport. Overall our family had a great stay and memorable experience, the hosts , sunset sea views and the condition/ cleanliness of the room were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back to stay in the same place when we visit Santorini again!

Everything! The view from our apartment was just incredible, best views in Santorini and you had it to yourself all day without having to head to a restaurant. The property was clean, well presented and perfect for our family of 4, it felt like we were staying in authentic Greek accommodation We had everything we needed and Georgia was so helpful and incredibly accommodating! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The stairs down to and up from the property are plentiful so be prepared for a workout! But that said they are totally worth it.

Everything! Location, traditional setting, hospitality and room were spot on to what I was wanting from our stay in Santorini. Each room has its own little patio with chairs and table to sit and watch the views. Close to supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants too. Imergovili is in the ideal position between the more expensive Oia and crowded Fira. Georgia, Markis and the whole Annio team are so generous and helpful with suggestions and recommendations and even have a ‘super man’ porter who carried luggage on his shoulder up and down the stairs like a boss!! ☺️

This hotel view is amazing, with breath taking sunsets and Georgia our hostess was very friendly and she share all her contacts for an amazing experience.
