Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomYou had to get up at the crack of dawn to have a chance of using a sunbed. That's not a relaxing holiday, having to do that. The hotel does nothing about it. Although we got clean towels every day and the bed was made, there was no attempt to clean the room. They did not remove dirty cups or sweep the floor or clean the bathroom. The food was medioca. Only 4 cocktails are available in the all-inclusive.
The pool and the location. When we weren't sure how to operate the air-conditioning and the toilet wouldn't flush, (which happened a couple of times), they send someone to the room immediately.

NetherlandsThe beds were a bit hard. We missed closet space in the family apt
The hotel has a lot of facilities, the swimming pools the tennis court were very nice. There was enough sunbeds and places to sit around the bar areas. We liked the food veey much lots and lots of choices as well as all inclusive drinks. The staff were also very friendly and professional. We would gladly recommend it to anyone.

United KingdomDislikes: Plastic drinks cups at the main bar inside (even when asking for glasses which were available)- those seemed to be kept for people who were tipping. Difficult to get away from smokers- the upstairs bar covered veranda was a no go for us due to the amount of smoke- we had to sit in the reception area on an evening. Lack of seats in the main bar/reception area forcing us one night to literally sit by reception. Sports equipment tired and needs some replacement (eg tennis racquets) No self serve for soft drinks and ice cream- had to wait in a queue and the staff weren’t quick. People would cut in and be served quicker if they were tipping the serving staff. Spa prices too expensive- eg more people would use if a pedicure was £25 rather than £35- I couldn’t justify £80 for a massage.
Likes: Good variety of food Cleanliness Comfy beds Big family rooms Pools clean Right on the beautiful beach

United KingdomIt's not 5* luxury. It's tired and needs updating. The location is a 20min hilly walk to nearest town, with not a lot going on - tacky english pubs and overpriced gift shops..
The people were great and the facilities were good. The restaurant was really nice, but beware some of the reconstituted food. For the price, it represents good value for money.

United StatesThe beach was nice, but the wind caused large waves causing the lifeguards to put up red flags thus not allowing people to go into the sea. This is not a fault of the hotel, but an unexpected consequence of the weather.
Staff was tremendous, always smiling and offering help. The food was surprisingly tasty and it was well-organized. The food variety was very good and there was always fresh food. The rooms were very clean and kept clean throughout our visit.

PortugalThe food was bad, we did not enjoy it. That's not how a 5 star resort should make it's food... The lady from the massages was a bit rude when we said we didn't want the massages. If the prices were low they would definitely get more clients in the spa. The people from the reception didn't give us a lot of information about the resort and they need to work on their English. Girl´s trip from Portugal!
It was our first time in Greece and we absolutely loved it! The resort is very big and beautiful! Amazing pool and private beach! The best thing about our trip was with out a doubt the Entertainment Team! They were the best! Every activity and every show was fantastic! A big thank you to Lila, Mila, Sofia, Marco, Carolina, Lori and Valeria. Amazing young people! The waitress Rena was very nice and friendly as well. Girl´s trip from Portugal!

United KingdomThe food was poor but the price of the hotel and stay reflects that in my opinion. We ate out almost every meal time.
The staff are the crown jewel of this hotel. Particularly Lella from kids club, he was brilliant with the most fantastic energy, also the young bar man from the pool bar, i didnt get his name but he was lovely. Facilities were good, had more or less everything you need there (shop, multiple pools, 24 hour reception, entertainment, activities, a church, tennis courts, beach ect.) Loved the beach. Drinks were okay. For the price I would stay again. I wouldn't say its a 5 star though. Rooms were better than the pictures and bed was comfortable. Things are a little warn in the toom and around the hotel but it didn't really bother us

LithuaniaNot my type of crowd - so many buses kept coming delivering people every day, and lots of them just eat, drink and sit by the pool. Too crowded at eating time, felt like real conveyer. Every evening there would be some entertainment with quite loud music till late, which might be fun for some but we really just wanted to relax
Nice layout of the hotel - beautiful gardens and villas, right on the beach. Very friendly staff. We had a nice villa for 3 adults overlooking the beach and the pool. Great Greek food - yoghurts, salads. There is a playground for kids.

United KingdomVery minor issues during our stay but they wouldn't stop us booking again ...fried eggs had hard yolks some days at breakfast, limited selection of all inclusive cocktail drinks otherwise nothing.
Our stay at Annabelle Beach resort we booked while in crete and this saved our holiday as our original hotel was very poor. Annabelle beach resort turned out to have a great location and good value for money, onsite facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good room sizes we stayed in a bungalow room. Good food variety, great service from all the restaurant staff, pool bar and snack bar/cafe., beach accessed from the hotel grounds (shingle beach but very clean)

United KingdomA few things to constructively call out: The timings on the room key card are incorrect, gym opening times, check out times etc so please double check these. The food is ok but repetitive, breakfast and lunch were the best out of the three meals. The all inclusive drinks are poor, only 4 cocktails out of their wide range menu are included, and they aren’t great and this was disappointing, for any other cocktails you have to pay. The soft drinks are also not brilliant, I can’t explain what the coke tasted like but it wasn’t coke. Ice creams aren’t included either at the snack bar, and the snack bar food is the same really as the main buffet. There is no replenished water in the room, we ended up buying bottles all week, you aren’t meant to fill up water bottles in the restaurant, but to be honest people did. If you are in a room for 3+ people there are still only two chairs/robes provided. We did receive complimentary wifi however it is also a chargeable thing for areas outside the main lobby. The restaurant staff weren’t great sadly and let our experience down a bit, some were lovely but the majority did look like they didn’t want to be there, they don’t stop for customers when moving around and weren’t very polite when clearing the tables. Site map on check in would be really helpful, there is one in the lobby but we found that by accident. Simple fixes/changes would make this hotel really great.
The layout of the hotel is lovely, the rooms for 3 people was a good size, the pool areas are very nice and the swim up bar is great. The reception welcome was lovely, and the teams that work in the different shops are very welcoming, the ladies in the shop just below the top swimming pool are the nicest people, please get to know them!! The cats are all friendly and like a fuss. The gym has a nice range of equipment, so you can have a workout if you want to. The beach is nice, although it is a stone beach they are soft and can be walked on ok. The sun loungers are comfortable and they do have a towel service, although the towel exchange hours are limited. The restaurants have made an effort to cater for all diets, including meat, vegetarian and vegan which is often rare. Bar areas are nice, good seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Entertainment crew were friendly and lively, bringing a great energy.

SerbiaWIFi you have to pay additionaly for room/beach, but it's just 10e so it's ok Food is avarage, nothing special. Beach is nice but nobody didin't care to clean sea grass which the sea was throwing out Managment should feed hotels' cats instead they don't allow guest to feed them or at least sterilize them because they complain they have a too much. I have never seen cats in a worse condition than here, in all others Greece hotels where I staied cats were better treated than here.
Room was perfectly clean every day. Beach was ok. See in June was nice, temperature was perfect
