Anna Maria was lovely always smiling and friendly and patient with us always feeding cats We were visited by a little ginger tabby mummy and her little kitten we called them marmalade and treacle they were just so cute And a pregnant tabby cat we called big momma The location was great easy to beach bus stop and restaurants Gyros place was great Very quiet lovely spot

Marina, my hostess, did above and beyond to welcome me, coordinated my trips and was very flexible with checking in and out. The location is very easy to find, walking distance from the beach and the restaurants and bars strip yet not in the middle of the noisy town.

It can get a bit noisy if you have neighbors next door, the acoustics is not 100%

The property was beautiful, comfortable and clean with an authentic Greece style as you want when going to Santorini. We were also in walking distance to the beach and bus stop so we had evening. We needed. Everyone working there was so helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good size and looked like it had been newly refurbished. It’s not far from Perissa Beach, only a 5 minute walk. Also close to a bus stop. There is a market and restaurants nearby so you have everything you need within walking distance. Staff were also very lovely!

We loved everything about our stay. The room was a bit small but it was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The location was phenomenal, it was close to the beach and to the bus stop, but also very peaceful and quiet at night. The owner (Marina) was very very nice, she even allowed us to check in earlier, when we arrived. For the price we payed, I think this accommodation was certainly worth it and I would choose it again, if I travelled there. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place with a nice host

Very very nice hosts. Near accomodation is the beach. Comfortable bed. Hosts has taken great care the clearness and comfortable. Aircondition and fridge were very usefull. Transfer has organised by host very well. Bus station and shops nearby.

Marina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to guest's needs. The hotel is close to the beach, has bus to Fira, we rented a scooter and it's a very good experience to explore Santorini

Great host, great location, and nice room with parking and a small veranda, We also liked much the style and decoration of the building!

Marina was very friendly and she was easily available when I needed information on how to get to the port etc. It was close to Black Beach and the resident cat was often outside our door in the evenings.

The floor had a different texture when we arrived, could have possibly been the type of cleaning detergent they use, but overall the stay was comfortable.

It was a nice location walking to the bus near the Beach .

My last night was terrible it was a big mouse running in the bathroom scratching it was scary and nasty the hotel should cover any holes so the mouse can come in

Very nice, friendly and helpful owners. The room was cleaned and replenished with necessities every day. Towels and bed linen were changed very often. The air conditioning ensured a pleasant sleep on hot nights. Because of the fridge, kettle for heating water, pots and glasses in the room, we had cold and warm drinks available all the time and we had breakfast in the morning on the terrace in front of the entrance. Although the location is not by the sea, the beautiful beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and along the way there is a bus stop, shops and bars where you can get everything you need. Buses run frequently, are comfortable and affordable, so we didn't need to rent a car. Along the long black beach there are many pleasant taverns where you can try all kinds of real Greek food and drinks.

My stay at Anna Maria Rooms was nothing less than PERFECT! From the friendly Host, Marina, to the easy check-in, the spotless rooms, the super comfortable beds, the GREAT location, and close proximity to the black sand beaches! I would highly recommend, and will definitely be back! Thank you Marina!

Lovely traditional rooms with beautiful bougainvillea all around. Bright room, cleaned daily. Very close to black sand beach, tavernas & bus stop. They organised transfers from the port on arrival & to the airport 2 days later. Very pleasant stay in Anna Maria Rooms.

Room was lovely and clean. Situated in a great location very close to shops, transport links, restaurants and the beach. Peaceful location too. Staff were very lovely and helpful 😊

Excellent communication. They kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the chaotic port in Santorini as well as a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of the stay. Rooms were spotless. Room was cool and the beds really comfy so slept really well Owners made us feel very welcome. Property is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.
