Needed a bit of maintenance in the bathroom as bath was leaking. Would have been good to have staff help with luggage as the stairs were a challenge

The property is very old and tired. As an example, bath (no shower) leaked all over the floor The stairs to the property take about 7 mins and are very tough with bags (no help available). Someone who is not fit would not cope with carrying their bags from the centre to the property.

Though we liked the breakfast on the first day but it was same on all the days. So the owner may consider to change if a person is staying for 4 days, not possible to eat the same on all four days

A microwave will be very nice to do some cooking. We booked for 4 persons: The crockery only allowed for 2 persons. Sometimes one wants to prepare own meals instead of jus going to a restaurant.

The facilities were very clean but in need of upgrading the overall appearance to fit more of a vacation feel of this beautiful location. Was asked to dispose of used toilet paper into a trash can versus into the facilities - that just has no description as a request to your guests and speaks to the previous upgrade comment.

Views were excellent of the caldera and coastline. The staff were friendly, offered suggestions for sightseeing, dinner and food options.

It was a bjt pricey but it is Santorini after all!

A small studio but you need nothing more, the view is incredible towards the sea! The room was clean and I really liked the aesthetic of it. The host was also very kind to us + we were gifted some wine! Overall, really nice experience!

All the steps and the fact that the units are sold as Suite/apartment with shared jacuzzi, but our 2 units which was next to each other didn't have a jacuzzi with it, we had to book an hour slot with strangers (using the jacuzzi at their unit). Never answered any messages prior to our arrival.

Loved the view and the quirky look of the units. Loved the fact that they had guys carrying our suitcases, because there is a lot of steps.

The hot tub is only for two people and not four and it has only 1 temperature setting in summer meaning that you can only use it during the day, at night it was too cold. There is no much privacy when in the hot tub because you are just next to your neighbors hot tub/terrace. The house is nice overall but it requires some maintenance, the bathroom especially. I didn’t like to find that the shower gel bottle provided was diluted with water instead of replaced with new shower gel, this is not acceptable under any circumstances but especially not after paying this price. Please don’t do it! 😊 The host was overall nice and answered all our questions and needs but a smile would have not hurt!

We are a family of four and stayed for three nights. The location is great, walking distance from the main attractions in Oia, from many restaurants and cafes. The location is also about 10 mins walking from the bus stops that connects Oia to Thira. There are two small local markets a few minutes away. The house is in a lovely spot with an amazing caldera view! It has also a nice little terrace with hot tub. The family room is very spacious and it has got a kitchen and table so potentially you can cook your own meal. For us it was not an issue at all, but please bear in mind that there are a lot of steps to reach the property. This area is full of steps. If you’re a first timer you might not know it! We travelled with small luggage but otherwise it would have been painful. Thanks to the handyman that helped us out with our luggage when we left 😊 very kind indeed!

Somehow I didn't reserve breakfast, so I had to go elsewhere, but that's a small thing as there were several choices nearby. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but I never asked them how to increase the heat. I was mesmerized by the location and didn't think it was that important

This property is down a few flights of stairs (as are most things in Santorini!), and away from the craziness that is Oia in the summer. As with many other smaller properties there, it isn't easy to find, so if you have a lot of luggage, send a scout to find it first (and don't bring so much luggage next time!). It is carved onto the side of the Santorini cliffs, and the view is simply spectacular! It was so hard to leave because of that. The room was nice and large, with a kitchen/dining area, and a decent-sized bedroom. Did I mention the VIEW? And I had a private hot tub outside my door on the veranda. There is a nice fellow who helps with the property, and he noticed my struggling to open the umbrella on my veranda, and came up to help.

The only complaints is that it didn’t have an umbrella or any shade over the spa, so it was very hot. But I believe they were about to get some in. The location and views were absolutely incredible.
