Don’t worry about the builders near, it just has to be done, and they were so quiet. They only started 8.30am, and I was ready to go into the beach! By 3pm they had finished!

Anemos and Almyra were so warm and welcoming. I was trying to find a quiet place with no parties. I was so happy! The view on the Delfini Bay was so beautiful. The apartment was so clean and the sheets and towels checked every day. The terrace was amazing, the views to see the sunset!!!!

The owners of this property are so beautiful and accommodating! They were the sweetest family, very kind, helping us throughout our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s far from everything like restaurants, shops etc. but is perfect for a quiet relaxed stay.

It is a dreamy place, where you experience the word tranquility, peace of mind and genuine Cycladic landscape. The decoration of the room is traditional, the equipment is sufficient. The room is cleaned really impeccably every day and even on a daily basis the hosts stock the kitchen with their own fresh eggs, jams, butter and coffee. Treats that really make a difference! The hosts are very kind and provide help and information for anything needed. The room is highly recommended for both couples and families, and the fact of the best value for money should not be forgotten.

This place is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever been in. The people who own this place hosted us in the best welcoming way, we felt very at home and it was a pleasure to meet them. The location is perfect, far from other place like this, it requires a vehicle to get to, but it gives you that silence that you need in a vacation like this. Although it’s in the other side of the island, the island is very small (and welcoming) so driving around doesn’t take long. A bonus is the beautiful sunsets from the balcony! I wish to come back there in the future 🙌🏽

The bed frame made the double bed feel quite small and the mattress was VERY hard and uncomfortable. We didn't have the best nights sleep unfortunately. The only negative, but quite critical.

We had a wonderful stay at our Anemos and Almyra apartment. The location was perfect for us. Our first cab driver declined to drive us there because the road from nearby town, Kini, is not tarmacced. We rented a scooter and managed just fine. The apartments are in a stunning location, overlooking the sea. We had a huge terrace space all to ourselves to enjoy and make use of, and we made good friends with the cat who was very sweet and respectful of our space - he would never come inside the apartment! But was always around for strokes and cuddles on the terrace. The apartment was clean and had every thing we needed - the hosts were available for anything additional we required. Host Ilyas was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed for four nights and the hosts came to clean, change the sheets, towels and take the rubbish, which we greatly appreciated. We loved Delfini beach, just a five minute walk from the apartment. We were very lucky with the weather, sunshine and no wind - the sea was like a swimming pool! You can easily swim to the island too if you're up for the challenge and adventure.

Location over the beach, just amazing. The owner cleans daily the appartment and leaves details like figues (amazing) and eggs. Really peacefullly place. Not for party lovers.

Lovely studio. Clean and comfortable. GREAT VIEW. Nice patio (incl. friendly car). Very friendly and helpful owners. Air conditioning worked great (and was needed). Easy access and parking. Great location for both Kini and Delphine. Cannot wait to go back.

This has nothing to do with the kind hosts or the service, but if you are noise sensitive like myself, I suggest you book the rooms on the top floor, because you do hear every chair move. Just a reccomendation.

Its actually even better than one can see on the pictures. My room was beautiful and spacious with an amazing sundowner every evening. The host brought me fresh eggs every day ans also I could sip on his self made wine. The room is kept clean every day and its just super peaceful. Heaven on Syros.

Distance from bus, restaurants, market. If you dont want to drive you need to be happy to walk 20 - 30 minutes to Kini beach. ( depending on whether you walk via the road or coastal path)

This place is amazing I loved every minute of my stay. I don't think I have ever seen a more perfect view than from the terrace - the sunsets are incredible and it is so so peaceful. Beautiful gardens and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spotless, really nicely designed, comfortable, and have everything you need - they have thought of everything, and it was lovely to have delicious fresh eggs, bread, honey, jam and things provided. It is family run and they are all such lovely people so kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble and always on hand if you need anything. Perfect stay.

the loveliest host, so so kind and welcoming but not intrusive. making sure we were picked up from the port and had fresh eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jam for the mornings. the view is incredible, honestly the photos here don’t do it justice. it’s spotless, no dust or dirt to be found anywhere, shower’s got good pressure. Friendly and helpful hosts, quiet location not very far from Delfini Beach with seaside (and sunset) view, lovely big garden, spacious rooms and terrace; very clean, towels and sheets changed regularly. Easily accessible by car - around 20-30 min from Ermoupoli, anyway it's worth renting a car or a bike for visiting the rest of this beautiful island, Ermoupoli, Ano Syros and a lot of nice sandy beaches.

the location is stunning. perfectly peaceful with unspoilt views across delfini bay. our host Illias was so kind & friendly. the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a delicious breakfast on the huge terrace- with some eggs from his hens! shower was lovely. comfy bed. A/C was the quietest we ever used! the photos don’t really do this place justice! the sandy beach is a short walk away & has a place to buy really cold beer & water & snacks. we had a scooter so was an easy 5 minute drive to kini for dinner - transport needed unless you like a lot of walking! no mosquitos for a Sept stay. thank you Illias & your family. you made our stay in Syros perfect :-)

Anemos and Almyra is a fantastic place, I recommend it with both hands! Amazing view of the bay, very clean, very comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities. The hosts were great, they waited for us despite the ferry being late and made our holiday wonderful. Dolphin Beach is a very nice beach, but there are quite a few more on Syros, and Ermoupuli and Ano Syros are must-sees at least once. We had a car so we went around a lot of places. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave this heavenly place :) Thanks for the nice days!
