The staff were so helpful and accomodating, the room was a great size for 3 people. Breakfast was small but authentic and home made and it was perfect for us. We parked our car around the back where there was plenty of space. Easy walking distance to the beach and the town.

There's nothing to complain about.

Delicious breakfast and barbecue. Perfect location - 2 minutes walk to the beach and 7 minutes walk to the center. If you are looking for a peaceful place but very close to the shops and bars, Anelia is exactly for you. The owner Anna is very friendly. Very nice place to stay!!!

Everything was absolutly perfect. Our stay started with very friendly invitation with the owner, than we had some wine before the room was ready. The room was big, clean a lot of space verywhere, aircondition, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very tasty, different every day. We spent the easter time there so we were part of the celebration - the owner celebrated it with their friends and family and the guests were also invited. Roasted lamb was amazing.... It was very close to the beach. I can definitely recommend it

I spent a few nights here and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a safe, kitchen (with a kettle, small stove, refrigerator), TV, air con/heater, extra warm blankets were provided (perfect when the nights get a little cold in early spring). The breakfast was splendid - a buffet with good variety, and they made a special dessert every morning. The location was good. About 2 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the bus stop. The area is supposed to be very lively in summer but in the off-peak season almost everything was closed. Last but not least, the ladies who work there were exceptionally friendly. They always had a smile on their face and were very willing to help.

Great place, close to the sea and the city center, but far enough from various discos and clubs. Great owner, entrepreneur Anna and her team, everything is fulfilled immediately after the announcement, above-standard accommodation, daily cleaning, great breakfast and Greek evenings with dancing. On request, a transfer from and to the airport is provided. Just perfect... We would love to come back.

The host was exceptionally helpful and full of life. Always available to help and give advice. Breakfast was a treat, who would think that morning dessert was a thing. Anna produced a different dessert every morning for us to try.

Anelia Butique is the place that was our second home for 1 week in Faliraki. Anna's kindness, thoughtfulness and fantastic hospitality is indescribable. We had gluten sensitive and vegetarian people in our group, but Anna took care of them every morning. At the end of each breakfast we were also served homemade cakes, including a gluten-free version. We also attended two Greek dinners, both with special attention. We have never received so much attention and kindness anywhere for our various food intolerances. The sea really is a 2 minute walk, we watched the sunrise every morning from the beach. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed, we were given shower gel and shampoo when we ran out. On the last day Anna allowed us to leave a little later because our flight didn't leave until the evening. Overall, I can only recommend this accommodation and I am quite sure we will return.

Everything is close, the beach, the taverns, the shops, etc. And even then it's quiet. Amazing breakfasts and those fantastic homemade cakes....... The nicest staff I have ever met. Thank you very much for everything my dear ladies, see you next year, I hope:) ❤️

Incredibly cozy and comfortable apartments and friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. Incredibly nice hosts and staff, especially Anna, who knows how to set the mood. The breakfasts are super tasty and not the same. Everyone will find something to their taste. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were also changed. Twice a week, parties were held in the courtyard with a traditional menu and barbecue. They taught traditional Greek dance. Very close to the sea. A wonderful beach and clean sea. You will have to pay extra for sunbeds. It was cool that we had our own area around the apartment where we could sit. There are many cafes and several supermarkets nearby. Great location.

The kitchen is really basic with just 2 hobs. A microwave would have been nice.

This was an amazing place to stay, due to the friendly, helpful and caring hostess, Anna. Her staff of two Sophia's were also great. The beach was only a 2 min walk away, and the restaurants, bars and shops were 5 mins away. The room was spacious, clean, included air con and a safe. Breakfast was delicious. Mostly home cooked Greek specialities, as well as eggs, yoghurt, homemade preserves and fresh fruit. We joined in with a Greek evening with the best ever Moussaka and dancing to follow. We hope to return, as we have never experienced such caring staff on any previous holiday.

Very good, spacious apartment, as showen in pictures. Daily cleaning. Breakfast was good, every day something special. Lovely home made food. We felt very welcome as a part of family. Private parking. Highly recommend!!! Value for money!!! Stayed 6 nights.

Perhaps bathroom needs some renewal.

Very-very kind and helpful host and staff. Apartman is next to the beach, and near to every kind of entertainment (bar, disco, restaurant) but very quiet and familiar. I highly recommand the barbeque and Greek event party on Saturdays and Wednesdays at the terrace of apartmant. Amazing! Breakfast is wonderful. We got different tasty homemade cake for every breakfast.

Wonderful place! It's a good hotel 100m form the beach. All the staff are superfriendly and hospitable. Cleaning everyday, breakfast is fine, once in 3 days they orginize the party with national cuisine. Also you can rent a car in the rental with the same owner. Good cars, we've took citroen c3 and it was totally new with full insurance. The sandy beach is clean with gentle entrance to the sea. It should be noticed that there are two meters of pebbles in the beginning of entrance, but 8 euro shoes solve the problem=) There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars in the surroudings. The atmosphere in this hotel is like a family, thank you very much for these memories! It's a place where you want to come back some day!
