The hotel is about 800 meters from the port, but the street is very steep, almost like climbing a mountain, which made it difficult for me to walk there. The hotel’s beach was full of rocks, so it wasn’t comfortable for swimming.

The breakfast was very poor, and we did not eat anything as there were no choices to select from. The shower in the room had an issue and the shower was flooded with water everytime we showered, and the toilet had a smell. It could have had more facilities for the space the hotel has, and the room as well.

The view from our room was magnificent. Nice balcony. Friendly staff. I did not know it was pet friendly, which I liked. The room was spacious as well, and the pool of the hotel was okay although we did not use it more than once.

Hotel feels a bit aged and in need of refurbishment but still decent enough. However during my 5 day stay, my room was not cleaned once, bed never done, bins not emptied, towels and sheets never changed, even after I contacted reception several times. Ended up having to pick fresh towels myself and had to empty my own toilet bin as it had started to smell in a bag provided by reception. Felt let down for the price we paid.

Great location close to town and port, large hotel with rooms around a central garden and big pool, overall nice, quiet and relaxing, ample breakfast and a nice private pebble beach just below the hotel grounds.

- Regarding breakfast, the kitchen was trying hard everyday especially when the hotel was fully booked and it was obvious from hand-made halva and jelly offered. Be that as it may, it was a surprise not to have honey some days. It would also help to have a toaster for the bread. - We were skeptical about cleanness and what we've read online, but in general the hotel was clean. Yes, there might be some rooms that had worn out pieces and yes, a renovation would help a lot.

- Location is great, 1 minute drive from Gavrio port. - The view from the hotel's pool and restaurant/breakfast area is stunning. - Everyone we interacted with from the staff was always respectful and ready to help. - Invest some more money to enjoy a room with a view. - Plenty of parking space.

Hotel has a big potential but it should be renovated. Time has stopped 10-15 years ago. A few things need repairs.

For sure location is big adventage. Hotel is a walk distance from the port and restaurants. The view from balcony is very beautiful. We were satysfied with the pool. Stuff in the hotel and people on the island are very kind and helpful. Andros is an island with gorgeous beaches. Good price to condition ratio.

You can’t go wrong with value for money with this place. It’s a bit tired around the edges but we had an excellent breakfast, private beach, nice pool, everywhere was so clean, and they gave us a sea view even though we’d paid for a Mountain View which was kind. Great location. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast options were excellent.

It would be nice to have help bringing suitcases to the room. The pool would be better if it was open more hours (especially early morning.)

It is unchanged since my first time there 30 years ago. It has so much potential but it's left uncared.

The location is lovely, very quiet, the pool was clean and they offer a fair breakfast buffet. There's a pool bar and overall the hotel is clean and comfortable

I went to hotel’s beach and there was a strong smell from the hotel’s septic tank. The hotel’s beach needs improvement with umbrellas, deck chairs and extra sand placement.

The conditions of the hotel are not as good as I was expecting. The buildings need major improvements, but they weren't dirty. The food at the restaurant wans't very good. To my surprise, in summer days, they open the swimming pool at around 10:30 am and close it at 7 pm.

Needs a refurb - this place is a gem but needs some serious investment quickly, the staff do their best but bathrooms (especially drains) shared areas, pool and gardens need updating. It’s a shame as the position and views are unrivaled.
