Maybe the only thing that can be better would be to have nets on the windows, as it was quite hot at night and didn't want to let any insects in (we preferred not to sleep with the AC on). The apartment was also a bit small for 3 people, but overall that wasn't such a concern.

Our stay was great! The room and facilities were good, and the sea view was amazing. Overall, we had a really nice experience - the apartment had everything we needed, was nicely furnished, quiet and in a very convenient location close to the center of the town. There was also free parking (which was subject to availability). The host was very kind. They also cleaned our room once every 3 nights, changing all the sheets and taking out the trash. All in all, we had a great experience and great value for what we paid.

The bathroom of this apartment No2 is with very low ceiling and it's quite small, so it's uncomfortable for tall people over 1.80m. It was very noisy - not good sound isolation. The beach in Polichrono is very narrow, although quite long, and super crouded with beach bars and restaurants.

The location is good to explore the area and the beaches. It is very clean and nicely decorated, the view is nice, parking was easy. Beds are comfortable. The local beach is not far by foot but you have to climb on the way back. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

There was a very small technical issue with the water boiler, but it was fixed very fast, so the incovenience was very small and understandable since this kind of situations are inpredictable.

The location is great, the room was exactly as in the pictures, was clean. We had some water in the fridge and snaks and tea. The small kitchen was well equiped, we used it to prepare fast breakfast that we took on one of the 2 balconies. Mr Dimitris was very nice and willing to help(there was a very small issue with the water boiler that was fixed in no time). We had a parking space next to the property. The area around is very nice, not to far away from the beach and from main stores and restaurants.

However, the internet was not very strong.

We stayed in a first-floor apartment with a lovely view, and it stayed pleasantly cool even when the temperature outside soared to 37°C. We slept very well. The AC unit is located in the living room and effectively cooled both bedrooms without blowing directly on us – it couldn’t have been better!

We were 4 girls and the room was too small, also the bathroom and the hot water ended very fast

The location was great, there is a parking also. The host was very nice and the garden is beautiful.

There is no coffee machine in the apartment. The bathroom and toilet are too low and if a person is over 1.90 m. it will be difficult for him. There is air conditioning only in one room, which did not cool enough. There is no shower in the bathroom, but a shower head that does not have a hanger and you have to shower while holding it in your hands all the time, which is extremely uncomfortable.

The location is good if you go to the beach by car. The owner is a responsive and nice person. The apartment with a sea view was not bad. There was a place to park.

When left closed, the room had a bad smell, probably due to moisture (although not too strong). The air-conditioning also requires an upgrade, as it was difficult to cool the place. The facilities were the bare minimum, although this is frequent in similar places. Especially in 2024, the whole south part of the first Chalkidiki peninsula has become extremely overcrowded and overly expensive; internet and water capacity is significantly stressed. In my view, it is not worth visiting the area anymore.

The room was generally OK, clean and comfortable. It is located on the upper edge of the village so it is somewhat far from the seaside, but on the other hand it is quiet. Another important thing is that the place also has a private parking space, since public parking can be very challenging in the area nowadays.

There were a lot of bugs. The bathroom was terrible, you couldn't move in the shower, it was that small. Also it was covered by a curtain, so the floor was full with water after we took a shower. The room never got cleaned until we asked for. Also they don't speak english.

Pictures on Booking doesn't fully match with real condition of appartmant. WiFi was horrable, completly useless. Apartmant was not so clean, WC in quite bad state. Everything looks pretty cheep and not well maintained. Not good value for money - really not for recommandation.

1. I could not stand up in the bathtub because I was hitting the ceiling with my head. I am 190cm tall. Very very disappointing. 2. The worst internet connection I have seen recently. I could barely send messages on Viber/Whatssapp, not to mention YT. 3. Bed was not comfortable, linen of a low quality. 4. Because of the bad insulation, I believe, the room was very hot during the night. Because of these facts the value/money ratio is bad as well.

Great location, next to the main road in Casandra, close to the beach and the center of the town, Everything was clean, staff was good, we had nice balconies with great view. We had a private parking as well very close.
