Our stay at Anastasiadis exceeded all expectations. We've never experienced such warm hospitality and exceptional service on the Greek coast. The apartment was spotless, with daily cleaning that truly made a difference. We loved that the kitchen was separate from the bedroom – a thoughtful detail that added to our comfort. The location is ideal, just right for a peaceful and convenient holiday. Nikoleta, our host, was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A truly wonderful experience – we really recommend it!

We are very thankful that the hosts waited for us, after the designated check in time. The traffic was unbearable, and our travel was longer than we anticipated and communicated with them. They didn't pressure us, and were very understanding and accommodating.

First of all thank for Nikoleta.She was waiting for us at the door with a very warm and pleasant welcome.She explained all the features of the house to us in detail. For house,Location is really great.you can reach imme. city center where you eat and drink. The room is very clean everywhere. The interiors of the apartments are newly renovated. The internet connection is excellent.The bed was very comfortable.There is a bit of a problem with parking, but if you return from the beach in the late afternoon, you can usually find a spot. Later on, since it's in the city center, others tend to take the available spaces.If I go again, this will definitely be the place where my family and I will stay. Thanks :)

The owners are super friendly and professionals. We have had a delay with our flight and they were waiting for us around midnight to help us check in. The property might not be that new, but it has been extremely clean (every day during our stay). The location is excellent.

It was a very pleasant staying, the position is great in Neos Marmaras, a few minute from all the shops, restaurants and supermarket. Quite easy to find parking spot and the ladies managing the structure are incredibly kind and welcoming. Also, the place is extremely clean, nice view from the balcony, daily room cleaning.

The room was extremely clean, parking was close (100m from the backdoor access) and the host recommended us a lot of beaches and restaurants in the area. Furthermore position was strategic to visit Sithonia, and to Neos marmaras

One little thing the room was not like in the pictures the kitchen was out of the room so you need to get out of your room to get smth from the fridge or to cook smth and the visitors were very very loud making some weird noises late in the night and early in the morning

A few minor improvements could be made, like mosquito nets for balcony doors (only the windows have mosquito nets). But overall, good value for money, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to Neos Marmaras center, tevernas, a market right next door. Neos Marmaras beach and Paradise beach in proximity, not so close, but not too far either. Very clean rooms, they changed the bedsheets and towels every 3 days. Friendly staff, communication with Theodora went very smooth. I recommend this accomodation.

The bathroom was a bit small, but this was not an inconvenient.

A very nice small hotel near the port of Neos Marmaras. The rooms are large and the view is fabulous. Very good cleaning service, spotless bathroom. Perfect AC system. Stergios is a very helpful and attentive host and answered promptly to all our questions. Do follow his recommendations, they are great. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Very good rooms, normal size, clean, equipped very well with all necessities. We enjoyed in terrace. Location is perfect, 2 minutes to town center, small market at the next door and big free parking 100-150m near. Hosts are very good, 2 days before our checkout one very minor damage happened in our toilet (not by our fault) and hosts immediately even before we noticed offered us switch to another and little bit better room. Really professional and appreciated.
