The rooms need some work, at least the ones we stayed in. They need an update, better beds, sheets and some work in the bathroom. It is not 5 stars level, but it can get there easily.

Loved the location, the view was wow. The staff so polite, the pool and restaurant and bar were very well kept and good food and service. we loved it. Great hotel for couples but also very family friendly.

The rooms are dated and need upgrading. The beds are tired and the pillows are too firm. This is our fourth day at the Property we were advised last year that the property was being renovated though only the pool area and restaurant were done. When we asked and told them that the rooms are outdated, we were told that they will be done this winter. Once the rooms and the reception/lobby area are redone, this will be an outstanding property again.

The restaurant and pool facilities are amazing. The breakfast and the staff were exceptional. Awesome views best place in Trikala.

Very nice swimming pool with an incredible view. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The room had a nice balcony with a view. It is very close to the meteores, very accessible with a car. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect.

The gym was a little small, but fine and well, newly equipped.

Spa area was great, but it was a quiet period. With more people might be different. Food was good and staff was very friendly. Spacious room, modern, with a nice view and quiet. The setting is quite unique with views.

We felt that charging the use of the swimming pool daily was a bit overwhelming for the standards of the resort.

1. Congratulations to the Chef! We tasted almost everything, and from plate to plate, we experienced a boost of flavor and great pairings. 2. Amazing staff; warm, kind, easygoing, and ready to help any hour of the day or night.

Too chilly to use outdoor pool I only would have liked a dip in the indoor pool (didn’t want steam or cold rooms etc) but my husband and I was not prepared to pay 40 euros for a ten minute dip in pool

No duvet on the beds may be after renovation. You have to pay extra for the indoor Pool.

Your sitting on the top of the hill and the view from the restaurant and the room is breathtaking. They are under renovation and gave us a corner room as far as possible from the construction so it was no issue for us. Food at the restaurant was very good and the already renovated restaurant is very stylish.

Something needs to be done with the bugs that were flying around the restaurant at dinner, particularly around and on the table often flying into drinks, the food and on us. The hotel needs to find a solution if it is to continue to offer outdoor dining at night.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and the food was tasty. Staff were very helpful. The view from the restaurant was fantastic. We had drinks and cocktails by the pool with some friends, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

It's a very nice super comfortable modernly designed hotel located on a hill and overlooking the valley. We enjoyed both staying in the room, as well the spa zone is amazing and very relaxing, though we couldn't have a massage as all was booked - so highly recommend to reserve it in advance. The breakfast is great with a great variety of food.

I assume that the pool was recently cleaned because there was a bit too much chlorine especially when using the hydromassage of the pool. I think it would be better to reduce it in the future.
