Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe only negative about this property is getting to it. It was further away than I was expecting and the roads were very windy, which isn't great if you get motion sickness. We also found that taxis didn't want to go there and when they did it was expensive. I would definitely suggest hiring a car for your stay. Fofi did recommend this but we thought we wouldn't use it enough or wouldn't want to drive after dinner and a few wines. If I went again I would do two nights in Tigkaki beach and two nights in Zia, so I could enjoy both the beaches and mountains without needing to leave the area. Then it would've been the perfect stay.
Our stay at AnamneZia was very special. We were met at the suites by our host Fofi who was incredibly warm and hospitable through our stay, contacting us on WhatsApp and then being on hand with any help or advice about Kos. Undoubtably the best thing about AnamneZia is the views, which are as spectacular as I'd hoped for. Sitting by the pool with a glass of wine, watching the sunset was definitely a highlight of our stay. The pool is small but warm and lovely and because there are only few suites is big enough. The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable, with a balcony or deck to enjoy the view and a cute kitchen with coffee machine. We also really appreciated the shared laundry as we could do some washing after 10 days on holidays, rather than pay a huge amount at a resort! The walk to Zia was uphill and hot in summer, but worth it for the great restaurants on offer. The town was more touristy than we were expecting (we thought it might have been a bit more authentic and undiscovered) especially at sunset when all the tour buses came in, but we had great meals at Magic Mountain and No Stress Tavernas (bad names - good food!) Overall it was a really relaxing stay in a lovely property, thank you Fofi for making our stay so special.

Fofi was a great host and super accommodating. In case we needed anything she answered immediately and made arrangements. The apartment complex is conveniently located close to Zia where you can find restaurants and shops. The view from the villa is breathtaking and we loved sitting around the pool aswell. The narrow street is definitely possible to manage with a smaller car and there is a parking spot (for multiple cars) right next to the villa. Would recommend again!

United Kingdomthe room we had was a bit small, but I'm sure the other apartments were bigger to accommodate different budgets. there's ample outside space to relax in so this wasn't an issue
The host was very welcoming. The location is beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. The pool area feels very private and Zia village is an easy 5 minute walk away with just enough shops and restaurants to while away an evening. The apartment and surroundings are very well taken care of, well equipped and clean.

AustraliaNothing to dislike. For those who don’t know the area it has the best views and some of the best restaurants on Kos. It is up in the mountains so without a car you can’t really get taxis to see other parts of the island.

United KingdomOnly thing to mention is that if you don’t have a car maybe do a big supermarket trip on your way to the apartment for fresh food as the mini market isn’t the biggest but we managed to get what we needed. If anyone complains about the hill from the apartment they should note that they are staying in the hills.
Amazing views, very spacious apartment, very clean. Loved the terraced area lots of shaded places to sit in as well as the sun. Zia village was beautiful, really nice food which was unexpectedly cheap. Secluded which we loved hardly anyone uses the access road to the property. Fofi was amazing, very accommodating for us. Nothing was a problem.

United KingdomThe apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. The facilities were great - we didn't miss a thing. The sunset from the terrace was amazing. Fofi was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in and around Zia / Kos. It was a very short walk into Zia which had plenty of restaurants & bars. We had a hire car and there was plenty of parking, and it was easy to get everywhere on the island from the location.

Thank you Fofi, you are the perfect host and the apartments are beautiful! Lots of lovely small touches like the welcome gift and coffee machine. We enjoyed a wonderful week at Anamnezia Luxury Suites and would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Kos. The town of Zia is a 5 minute walk away if you fancy eating out and the kitchen is perfect if you’d like to cook in. Short drive to the beach and Kos Town also is a short drive away. The meals on our balcony looking out to the sea were a highlight and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Highly recommend a car and there’s plenty of parking. We hope to come back!!

United KingdomNothing really, we really enjoyed our stay.
The views, the sunsets (will literally take your breathe away!), the attentiveness of the property host, the super stylish interior and exterior, it really is a beautiful place to be. As other reviewers have mentioned apartments are walking distance to Zia, a beautiful little village that comes alive in the evening and has a good choice of tavernas/cafes/restaurants. Worth mentioning that we stayed for 4 nights before moving on to other areas, we didn’t hire a car and managed fine eating out in the village, however if you want to cater in, probably would need a car to make a supermarket trip as taxis are fairly expensive. Also the mini market in the village has limited fresh ingredients e.g no fruit, veg, meat, cheeses etc.
