Bad internet connection and no restaurants, cafes and similar facilities near the hotel, the hotel is lonely, so it is not the best option for young people

Good food, clean rooms, small but nice beach, there are free sunbeds. Grest option for a family vacation.

I don't like it because the cleanliness wasn't up to par...and the food didn't have much variety, it was almost the same things every day.

I like that it was a place for families..comfort...also the beach was close and there was a swimming pool.

The staf in swimimng pool was not friendly and sometimes boring. The woman working as security at the pool was annoying with some excessive criteria, sometimes not allowing the children to swim in the pool.

The hotel is old built and not very well maintened. There is always traffic in the elevator. Buffet is low quality.

Beds, same food, it was a bigger choice of food last year, There was a lot more activities like yoga, fitness, and a late evening program that wasn’t available this year

The bar on the beach was usually without juices. There was only water and beer to drink. When I was there for two years, they also made cocktails. This year there was no such thing. The manager once approached my wife about taking food from the kitchen in a very rude and impolite manner, even though my wife explained to him that she is diabetic and takes insulin five times a day, so she must have something to eat with her.

The food was beautiful and delicious. The hygiene at the resort is well maintained. The woman who maintained the room cleaned it every day and brought clean towels and sheets as needed.

Uncomfortable and very noisy beds made sleeping unpleasant. Private beach without sand, just gravel. The sunbeds are not cleaned at the end of the day, tables too. The food was 6-7.

The rooms could be cleaner There where only 2 small elevators for the whole 7 floor hotel The stuff started knocking at doors from 9.30 to clean up and one day they woke me up, as when I replied that we are in they insisted on knocking Food was ok for what we payed, little variety though

The beach is right under the hotel which is convenient. Nice place to relax In terms of the price it was a good experience

It was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds. The basketball and the kids playground need to be fixed . This is about safety. And please delete the choice of having babysitting. Over all it was really nice and the staff was really helpful.

I liked the beach and the spacious room. The buffet was really good!!

No air conditioning in the lobby downstairs. The drains smelt in the rooms , sometimes not always. Could’ve been a bit cleaner. Some channels were not catered for English. The all inclusive buffet was not great and the free drinks were awful.

The elevator was too small and often not functioning, which was quite inconvenient, especially during peak times. The common toilet facilities were disappointing; they were too smelly and not maintained clean, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The animation activities provided were enjoyable and added a lot of fun to our stay.

Not a 10 stars rating because of the : - TINY bathroom in addition to without curtain shower. It was a challenge to function there without making a huge mess; especially in case that You are tall, pregnant or just overweight. - Very BAD mattresses! It was a pain in the neck every second there. They made us really sick.

Not sure, honestly, why this hotel has so many bad comments. - free parking area - we got our room prior the check in time and upon our arrival - very clean rooms - nice views - soundproofing rooms - functional lifts - A/C in the public areas (dinning room included) - underground connection to the beach in a blink of an eye - Food in not a great variety but, always vegan, meat lover and sea food choices in every meal. - Drinks were always cool … and please don’t take this for granted. - Nice cocktails

no la crate menu, no snacks at all unless half board or full board. limited facilities to sit ie enjoy a night drink or a night in hotel. crowded in the morning

Unfortunately, the rooms are small, the shower, bathroom area even smaller and our mattress was in very poor condition as you could feel the springs which was painful to sleep on.

It was great to walk through the tunnel and have direct access to the beach. The resort is between two towns, both catering for authentic Greek dining and shopping experiences. The beach has crystal clear water and we loved swimming there 😍
