Good-sized room, nicely decorated and clean, with a fridge and some crockery for the days you don't want to eat out you can fix a salad and eat on the balcony. Short walk to the beach and the nearest shop. Carpark available next to the hotel so overall great place to stay. The owner is lovely and the cleaner was very thorough, I'd return.

Wonder clean stay in excellent walking distance from the beach. Matala was a beautiful place and Amalia was perfectly situated. Nice little fridge with a usable small freezer. Bed was very comfy. The room was very clean.

It’s next to the road and you can hear all the traffic. We also missed mosquito screens on the balcony door. And the AC was positioned just above the bed which is not ideal.

The location is excellent, 5 min from the beach. The parking is free. Sophia was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, it also had a small balcony for morning breakfast.

It's in a really good area to reach everything. But nearby matala bay hotel has live music once a week until 12pm. Something to bear in mind if you want a very quiet base for your whole stay.

Beautiful apartment, extremely clean, it had everything i needed. Sofia was so warm and friendly. I especially liked that the room was cleaned every day, with bedding and towels replaced half way through the week.

Stayed two nights. Apartment was very clean. -5mins walking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Sofia was very friendly and private parking was convenient.

The pillows were a little lumpy for me, no mosquito nets on the window and the air con unit was making a dripping sound all night, even though it was off. I had ear plugs so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Beautifully renovated apartment with spectacular views of the hills. Clean, spacious and had everything needed for our short stay (2 nights). A short walk from the centre of Matala and the beaches.

The place was exactly as in the photos, everything brand new, very clean, great attention to all the details, it is really a very cute mini apartment, large windows, air conditioning and a very large fan positioned on the ceiling, very nice furnishings. The perfect kitchen, brand new and good quality pots and pans, nothing was missing. Large bathroom and very spacious kitchenette, everything brand new. Very kind owner. It was the only place in Matala that respected all the expectations.

There was a bit of traffic noise when sleeping with the open window which I always prefer, but manageable.

Beautiful, big and clean room with a nice view, balcony and kitchen corner. Very good quality for money. Free parking in front and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Matala is a must see place. Small and beutiful with nice restaurants facing the see. I did not like the beach though, it was very crowded and the water has big stones and waves. We arrived after 13:00 and there was no sunbed available.

Small but nice and functional rooms that works well, great beds (in 201). A few kitchen items for a basic breakfast on the balcony. No juice presser (to make fresh orange juice in the mornings) but there is a 24/7 coffee shop just 200 m down the road). Location is good, just a few minutes to Matala center and easy parking (on the street or beside the house). We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. We would gladly stay here again. No tv but we then again we never use it on vacations. Sound from the hall will be heard but once guests are in their rooms we did not hear anything, nice and quiet. Maybe missing some shelves to put things.
