The staff was amazing! We went here for our wedding and the staff made sure we made the most of our visit. They gave us the history of the island and made sure we had the most enjoyable time. Elena the front office manager even gave us their WhatsApp number so we were able to message and ask for a driver to get of in town and they answered after hours and got us someone cheaper than normal taxis! Also we enjoyed the private hot tub in our room every night to relax!

The WiFi could have been better.

Our stay at Altera Pars Suites was incredible! Elena and the team welcomed us with warm smiles and shared fantastic recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore. Breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning - both continental and traditional Greek which were delicious. The location is perfect - we hired an ATV - best to book through the property! Just 5mins to the nearest supermarket, 10mins to Fira + airport and nearby beaches. The suite, pool, and grounds were spotless, with pool towels provided. Highly recommended for a memorable Santorini stay!!

There was no space for the luggage and clothing at all. There was mold in the shower

Jelena, the host, was very accommodating throughout our stay and helped us thoroughly with booking excursions and answering any questions we had. The room and property exceeded expectations, it really felt like a luxury private stay. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to all points of the island we wanted to explore. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful villa, we felt right at home. Jelena was fabulous and incredibly helpful and will make you feel like you are in your own home and very comfortable! It is a bit out of the town — a car is recommended!

This place was the best I ever visited while traveling. The pool suite was amazing and felt like the most luxurious experience! Breakfast was delicious and very well taken care of. Also very clean, very nice staff who gave us recommendations on the island and definitely went the extra mile for us with our requests! It was the best time :)

Everything was on point. Amazing place with an amazing team. Jelena, the manager, has been incredible. Explaining everything we needed to know about Santorini, helping all the time, booking all we needed, from transfers to cruise. Thanks Jelena!!

From the moment you arrive, the amazing staff make you feel at home. Rooms are very spacious and well kept. Outdoor jetted tub was great to relax in and enjoy with the amazing weather. Would highly recommend anyone stay here. Location is also very central providing close access to all areas of the island without the chaos of crowds.

Spacious and great breakfast served to us in the morning. Elena the host was absolutely fantastic with her suggestions and help. We both ended up being unwell during our visit so the suites were a great place to bunker down and relax.

Only because we spent a bit of time indoors unwell, it would’ve been great to have an updated tv to stream/screen cast. But this is a minor thing and didn’t detract from the rest of the facilities.

The property was very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and willing to help you and your needs at any point. We felt we had a lot of hotel for our money.

The location is basically in the centre of the island which is great as we had a rented vehicle however restaurants and bars are sparse around the hotel (walking distance)

What a great experience in the Altera Pars Suites. We were welcomed by Elena, who showed us passionately everything about the Island. The location is perfect, and the room is stunning. Moreover, the staff are very attentive to every detail, which enhances our experience. Highly recommended.
