Self catering (we provided our own breakfast). The location was perfect. The house exceeded our expectations. All the living areas/bathrooms were very clean and in excellent condition.

Villa has everything you need for the vacation and rest. It is not a new property, but all is good and very well functioning. Stunning view! Regular cleaning. Big and clean private pool. Spacious bedrooms. Definitely consider for next stay in Crete.

This is a small thing and totally subjective, but we found none of the pillows provided very comfortable (all too soft). Maybe we should have asked if they had others.

The entire villa was lovely - well-equipped, spacious, with four terraces, two offering views down to the coast. The secluded private pool area was a real highlight.

All was great

Very spacious house with multiple terraces on both floors. Pool was very big for being private to the house. We had a great time with our kids and even though the reviews were already good, it easily exceeded our expectations.

You definitely need a hire car as the surrounding areas are steep hills

Very tiny things - the tininess illustrates how great our stay was :) - no proper bbq grate; only a fish grate/basket - the baby bed didn't have a proper mattress, just a folded up duvet. Baby slept fine though - some of the pans were crooked Again, small things.

Located in a small quiet village close to Rethymno. George was very helpful. The private pool was very nice and big. We had the first villa which was also the most secluded, almost completely blocked from view from passers-by and from neighbours. The villa itself was well-equipped, nice kitchen (including basics like sugar, dish soap, dishwasher tablets), and two bathrooms. Cleaning twice a week. Great shower. Big bed, on the harder side but that's what we like. We had an amazing time here. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely villa with own pool. Well equipt kitchen. Good for 6 at least, downstairs has three bedrooms and two toilet. Upstairs has one additional toilet and good size open plan living room and kitchen. You will need car to go around but it was known when we choose this one

The Villa was beautiful. Amazing location on top of the mountain with great sea and hill views. It was situated in a quiet area away from the crowds, yet close enough driving distance from the main tourist areas. George the owner was very welcomig and knowledgable about the area. Villa itself was so well laid out, very clean and great amenities provided. We were left welcome drinks of local wine, raki and fresh fruit as well as Olive oil from George's own farms. Kitchen had all necessary equipment provided along with basics needed for cooking. So much outdoor space to sit and have meals in. Pool was amazing, great size and clean surrounded by beautiful flower plants.. George the owner was out most days cleaning the area and making sure that everything was perfect. Great size barbeque. We had the best time and would love to go back.

A/C was broken in one bedroom whole week, luckily my daughter likes the heat so it was not a drama but for other people it would be unaceptable. Parking is litlle bit tight because of shrubs on both sides of driveway, it needs to be trimmed back more.

Villa was better than anticipated. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests renting the villa. All villas in the complex have different configurations and swimming pools are also of different sizes and depths. We stayed at two villas because of some mix-up with booking.com and another platform George, the owner, is using. Kitchen was very well equiped. Two bedroom house suited us very well. Bedrooms are specious with ample storage space. House, swimming pool and garden is cleen and very well maintained. First villa has four terraces, each one is big enough to have breakfast or afternoon drinks. Owner gave us bottle of wine, olive oil, water, fruits on arrival. Because there is no shops nearby but only in Rethimno which is 10 min by car, is best to get supplies before you drive up to the villa. Villa represents good value for money.

Due to the closure of the mini market you had to drive to Rethymno even for the very basic stuff. Annoying detail: when after using a shower or toilet, a high pitch noise came from the water pipe that sounded through the house and went away after a minute. Going discretely to the toilet was not an option.

Very comfortable, spacious and spot clean villa with all amenities required. The swimming pool was perfect for us. Beautiful view on the valley. Not too far from Rethymno. Quiet neighbourhood. The villa easily accommodates 6 people.
