Awesome property within very short walking distance to Ritsa beach & the town of Kardamyli. Hardly had to use our car which was great to walk everywhere. All the facilities you need for a lovely holiday. Lovely design & decor, very comfortable sofas & beds and loved the outdoor pool setting - great way to finish off the day. Stayed with friends as a group of 4 and was very spacious & comfortable for us.

This is one of the nicest Greek villas we have stayed in; spotlessly clean, great facilities including swimming pool, super host! Being on the edge of the town, by the local high school, its conveniently located for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Overall it was great. I would have liked a dishwasher but it wasn't really an issue. It's not the most private place as there are other houses around and you can sometimes hear noise from the neighbours when in the garden, but it is worth it for being in one of the best towns in the Peloponnese.

Lovely house in Kardamyli. The house is set in a beautiful garden with it's own small olive grove, views of the sea and mountains. The pool was brilliant with nice loungers and seating, the perfect size for our family of five. The house has a high quality feel that looks even better in person than in the photos. Beds and sofas were plush and kitchen had everything we needed (including washing machine). Generous array of wine and treats on arrival. Lovely welcome from Tina at Mani Holidays and attentive throughout our stay (on the day we were leaving she came straight over to help us open the gate to get the car out after a town-wide power cut). Really great location on the edge of the town centre, just a couple of minutes walk from Ritsa beach and a lovely taverna down the end of the street with a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach. A few minutes walk to a host of other lovely restaurants in Kardamyli (our favourite was cocktails at Aquarella then dinner at Ormos). You can hear a little noise from the school across the street but it didn't bother us- in fact our kids enjoyed the reminder that they weren't at school! The Mourtzinos Tower and start of the stunning Vyros Gorge are a few minutes walk away. Great little pizza place down the street and two supermarkets very close by. We loved it, and would like to come back!

The mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable but the sofabed was rather hard on our backs and would benefit from the addition of a thin topper mattress. I recommended bringing your own pillows if you prefer them to be soft. It wasn’t a problem for us but any families with small children should be aware that there is no pool fence.

Beautiful, excellently equipped property. Lovely views of the mountains and the sea. Close to the pebbly beach and excellent tavernas and restaurants. Wonderful swimming pool with shade umbrellas and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Big garden around the property and off street parking.

We had a fantastic long weekend! The house is well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a very kind host. We would definitely stay in the house again.

Fantastic location- you feel close to the restaurants and centre of Kardamyli but also two minutes from the beach. Very high quality finish to the property with a lovely kitchen. I don’t like feeling too isolated or cut off from interesting places you can walk to on holiday- at Aloni Ekies you have the pleasant sensation of staying in a village-like setting with two small pansions and the police station opposite. Regular gardener and pool cleaning plus a full villa clean once a week.

We liked everything, but what would have been nice is some hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, to hang dressing gown, towels and day-to-day clothes on.

The location was fantastic. The house is very quiet and tranquil at night as set a street behind the The garden and pool is well lit and we spent evenings outside enjoying the lovely views across the olive trees and to the mountains. It is walking distance to the nice beaches and Kardamili town. The bed was supremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Everything is very clean, tidy and well thought out. Nice to have a washing machine and even though we never used it, a toastie maker. The overall effect is like staying in a nice hotel. There are dressing gowns and slippers provided which were a nice touch. The hosts were lovely and always available to help with anything.
