Excellent location just 10-15minutes walk from the main area in Fira. We had a great view of the caldera which was also semi private as it was away from the main pedestrian walkway. Champagne breakfast was provided every morning on the terrace which we found to be a great start to our day! The check in process was seamless, and we had a wonderful introduction to the property and area by Panos.

Clean, spacious, luxurious, and well-located but not in the midst of tourist crowds. Panos was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Santorini. I appreciated his local’s advice on our activities for the day. He also helped arranged our airport transfers. The breakfast spread was amazing. We loved the Greek omelette!

Spacious, well equipped, beautiful decor and furnishings, and the surprise of a jet spa in the main bedroom. More like a 2 level villa which allowed for privacy and full access to amenities for myself and my son. Simply stunning and beautiful. Hosts were gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of their way to assist and share their experiences of travel and in particular, about Santorini. All requests followed through such as, organising tours for us, providing a driver, and confirming of ferry services. Exceptional and friendly service. Wide choice of breakfast served in our room was the icing on the cake. Loved it!

Cannot rave about this place enough! If you're considering accommodation in the Fira area of the island, don't look any further honestly! Panos was so incredibly kind and the service was spectacular - he even woke up at 5am to help us with bags and a taxi. Breakfast was on another level and all home cooked and freshly prepared every day (even with sparkling wine!!). My mum thought it was the best accommodation she's ever stayed at and could not stop raving about it for the rest of our trip. Location is also great - close to Fira but also quiet and peaceful enough to enjoy the view. Thanks so much Panos for a memorable stay!

We had the chance to spend 5 nights at Allure Suites Santorini. I am sure it was God's plan for us to have stayed there. Maybe the luckiest day of our lives when we managed to book our Azzure Suite. Which by the way booking.com said that we were extremely lucky, because it is unavailable most of the times. Anyway. We got there, to the island. Santorini. Upon conversation via booking.com messenger system, we ended up taking the transfer airport - hotel intermediated by the property, Allure Suites. To be honest, initially it looked a bit pricy, but eventually it was cheaper than getting an Uber on the spot. And the transfer was 5 star. A huge Mercedes van. What a start to this trip to Santorini. Arriving at the property. Of course, Mr Panos. I have nothing to say other than that in my next life, I would like to be like him. What a lovely person. Cannot explain. One needs to meet him in person to find that out. He is something else.... Complete "arrival briefing", taking us back to the history classroom. Fully detailed explanation of Santorini, how it was, how it is. Amazing. Mr Panos is an encyclopedia, with all due respect. Whatever you ask him you'll get a fully detailed explanation. Next, our suite. One of the best "hotel rooms" I have ever been to. No words to describe. Starting from how well taken care of it is. Mr Pannos treats it like his own place, and that's how we felt like doing so. Flooring perfect. Conservation wise it just looks like brand new room. Doors and windows so nice and good looking. Amazing, there are the doors and the "windows" on the doors. So you can choose to keep the door closed with the "windows" closed, "windows" opened or everything opened. This was so nice. The suite is huge. At a first glance, a living room plus minibar/fridge/dinning table. At our disposal fresh mineral water, Nespresso machine and coffee saches for the kettle, everything reposed daily.

There was nothing not to like. Even before we arrived Panos rang us the day before our stay and due to us relocating from elsewhere on the island arranged for early access to the room. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable from recommending restaurants, to providing directions to local landmarks. The breakfast each morning was brought to the balcony and was high quality. The Angel Suite we stayed in was spacious with a sofa bed and toilet upstairs and a very spacious bedroom and ensuite downstairs. The location is perfect for accessing Fira and beyond with easy access to the bus station. I would certainly stay again.

No improvements necessary - perfect as it is.

Perfect impeccable hospitality We were in Santorini for our daughter’s wedding and stayed 5 nights at the Angel Suite of Allure Suite. The accommodation was clean, large, comfortable and luxurious - the private jacuzzi was a bonus. We had breath taking views of the caldera and Oia perfect, The location was peaceful but close enough to Fira and Thirastefani with their many restaurants and shops. For nightlife there is nearby Thira- the capital, also offering buses to most locations of the Island. Panos and Evi were the warmest, kindest of hosts so helpful and thoughtful, (As the mother of the bride they set me at ease with their calm, supportive advice and attention). The delicious breakfast with plenty of options was served on the balcony at a time of your choice (8-11am) Despite the pressures of an overseas wedding, I really appreciate Panos and Evi’s efforts in making our stay perfect and wanting to return soon. I 100% highly recommend this hotel.
