This was an amazing find! The property is set in beautiful surroundings with flowers, shrubs and trees all around the villas and pool area. The view from our first floor apartment was fabulous- over the tops of all the greenery to the sea and the islands beyond. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed with a big comfortable bed, air conditioning and insect screens on most windows. We had a lovely big balcony too with plenty of shade The pool was fantastic, exceptionally clean and bigger than we expected, with lovely decking and good quality sun loungers, and a great little pool bar that served drinks and ice creams at very reasonable prices. The hosts were very friendly and would go out of their way to be helpful, but obviously it was their beautiful dog, the quietest, gentlest little whippet, that really put the cherry on top of this fabulous place! ( I miss you, Bane🥰🥰) The location is perfect too, slightly uphill which is great for the views, but an easy walk into town or to the beach, and very quiet. We would highly recommend Alkyon Villas and would definitely stay there again if ( when🤞🤞) we return to beautiful Sivota

We had a great group stay in two apartments. We were warmly welcomed and had a couple of issues fixed immediatly on the same day which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic location and gardens, and great pool area. Will sure to be back another summer.

The host was excellent, he's a real gentleman. The location, the pool, distance to shops, sea,and marina was perfect.

Considering that there is no breakfast in the hotel, you need to eat outside or take some groceries from a super market to prepare something. If you select the second option, make sure to shop them before arriving at Sivota (Igoumenitsa perhaps). The super market prices there are too (!) expensive.

The hotel is near the center of Sivota (~1km) but also in a quite location. We are a family of 4 (2+2) and the kids stayed at the ground level of the room and the adults at first floor (internal ladder was available) , so there was some privacy. Our room had a small balcony with a beautiful view at the sea. The room is also equipped with a small kitchen to prepare breakfast if needed. The pool was also a big plus to spend some family time when not at a beach.

More shade would be welcome around the pool as this was a problem for us pale Brits!

Our host Thanos was very friendly, helpful and generous. The setting is beautiful with a ten minute walk to town and beach. Traditional accommodation with lovely view over the bay from balcony and great pool with bar.

The WiFi in the apartment could be better. But the one at the pool is better.

The property is lovely, close enough to town but really quiet and in a peaceful setting among trees. The pool offers a nice change if you don’t feel like going to the sea. The apartment we had was quiet and had everything we needed. We were there as a family and enjoyed our time immensely. Thanos is very helpful with anything we needed!

Alkyon Villas is a wonderful place to relax, made with a lot of style, beauty and attention to detail. The yard is a beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. The pool was warm and very clean, our daughter's favourite spot. The host are very kind and helpful people, with. Alkyon Villas will remain one of our favourite places. We definitely recommend Alkyon Villas as a place for your next holiday in the magnificent Syvota.

Apart from the clean and spacious apartments, the garden and pool is dreamlike. Top marks for the staff and especially the host, Thanos, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Book this place without thinking it twice!

Everything was great. Apartment is big and clean, with 2 bathrooms. Apartment is cleaned every 2-3 days. Garden and pool are beatiful, calm place, perfect for rest. Hosts are very warm and helpful. Center is 5 min by foot and nearest beach is about 5 min.

It's a little paradise located close to the town center and some great beaches as well. The place is quiet and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful and gave us great suggestions on locations and restaurants. Thank you for this great experience. We're definitely coming back again.

1) Swimming pool was amazingly clean and the sun beds were extremely comfortable for an afternoon nap. 2) The location was amazing and just 300m away from the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple. 3) internet (WiFi) was really reliable and available all around the property

No F&B while no alternatives are nearby. This is however, mentioned in the hotel booking details, which I did not properly read.

Spacious, clean, and charming retro rooms are non-pretentious and in good shape. We stayed only for day use in order to catch the night ferry back to Italy. I would book this hotel for a family stay lasting a week or more.
