We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location next to the cliffs is special, the rooms offer fantastic views and come with really comfortable beds. The food was tasty and diverse, which made dining just another special experience of this hotel. We particularly loved the bartenders. Very skilled and cool people, with no false kindness and a great sense of humor. The sunsets at the end of the day were the cherry on top.

The food buffet was small. One day at the beach we asked for an umbrella and they told us they didn't have any other umbrellas.

The hotel is perfect, the staff was friendly especially Valentin with the buggy helped us with everything!

- Terrible Sewage smell in the room - Lots of dirty glasses around the swimming pool and bar tables. - Lack or attention to detail. I had to contact reception for lack of toilet paper and clean towels in the room. Had to asked to clean the sand ok the room floor and balcony - 2 swimming pools too small for the amount of guest. I was never able to find a sunbed available. They were all occupied (not just reserved )

Mostly Friendly personal however not 100% well trained. Or efficient. Workers at Nafs bar mostly lazy and unfriendly.

- Walking distance from our room, which was on top of the hill, to the beach and the restaurants. - The housekeeping can be improved. One time the room was not cleaned until 5 pm and we had to call the reception, the other time some small trash was still left on the table in the room. - Fire alarm has a blinking green light, which disturbs the sleep

Not enough sun loungers as there are a lot of guests but not much room around the pools. Occasionally sewage smells.

Location was amazing. Welcome and info upon arrival was good. Room was lovely. Hotel facilities were really good. Buffet food was only ok but eating areas were great and very efficient. Restaurant/al a carte food was great. The staff tried and some were excellent but some were hit and miss, it seemed like they hadn’t worked together as a team for long enough.

The only downside during our stay was the presence of wasps, particularly when trying to enjoy meals on the outdoor terrace. It seemed to be a common issue throughout Corfu, not just at the hotel, so while it’s likely inevitable during certain seasons, it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

From the moment we arrived at Alkyna Hotel, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, setting the tone for a great stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, though I’d definitely recommend checking in beforehand to save even more time and avoid any delays. The all-inclusive food and drink options were excellent, plenty of variety and consistently good quality. I never had trouble finding something I didn’t enjoy. The resort itself offers a wide range of amenities, with multiple restaurants and bars to choose from. There’s so much to explore and enjoy on-site that I’d absolutely stay longer next time just to make the most of everything it has to offer. A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience

The building itself is not a new construction and this becomes obvious as AC and/or water pressure issues might appear.

When the hotel is full you need to get the good sunbeds at the pool or beach really early as people just put their towels on them and no one watches it. Thats the only minus point. Someone should get ahold of this, such a great hotel and services and tolerating this kind of cheap behavior. Also you have to wait longer to get good table at terrace bars.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The only downside was that our stay felt too short – we didn’t want to leave!

I loved the newly renovated design, the relaxing adults-only atmosphere, the friendly and attentive staff, and the excellent food. The pool and beach area were stunning – a perfect place to enjoy Corfu sunshine.

- We knew it was going to be quiet. Could benefit from a few more choices in the evening. I know it's not the audience they are going for but a corner bar in the evening hosting a quiz or the like wouldn't take away from the tranquillity of the other bars and chilled areas. - Any mobility issues, then i would suggest picking your room based on this. Some involve a fair bit of steps and gradient. There are plenty of golf karts people were getting lifts in, but any issues just ask to be in the main building

Everything! From the hotel, staff and service, food, outdoor pools and the beach. It was extraordinary. The service was excellent, people working there went to great lengths to accommodate any request! As our flight was in the evening, the hotel offered us a “shower room” so we could stay the entire day at the beach and enjoy facilities although we checked out earlier. People there are just amazing! Highly recommended for families, couples, friends. Extremely clean sea and the beaches - if I compare it with other beaches that we saw while riding around the island.

There were some issues with the sunbeds — many people would reserve them for the entire day and leave their belongings, sometimes going away for 3–4 hours and leaving the beds unattended. This happened both at the pool and on the beach. To get a spot, you had to come early in the morning; otherwise, you could end up waiting a long time for someone to free a sunbed. However, it’s worth mentioning that the beach staff always did their best to help.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and something new to try every day.
