Kitchen is poor equipped for cooking.

Location is great. We were in ground floor apartment and it is great for families with small kids. They can play outside while you sitting at the balcony.

It was not clean and the toilet button was broken. The first time they cleaned was on the fourth day.

The room was nice and new, but there was not trash can in the kitchen and they can put liquid soap and sponge for the dishes if they can't wash them when cleaning the room... The bedsheets and towels were not changed, just tidied up untill we pointed it out to change them. Wifi was poor.

The location was perfect. The employees were very kind. The appartments are right by the beach. The beach was not private so anyone can use it, 20eur min to spend for sunbeds and umbrella. Private parking but small.

Kitchen equipments were not enough. But they helped us as much as they could. They can put liquid soap instead of solid soap. And even there was a parking lot, we had problems at first, for a few days. The parking lot was crowded.

The location was perfect. The employees and the owner were friendly. They were really helpful. The apartment was pretty clean and the furnitures were modern. Also Alkioni Restaurant’s pizza and the garlic bread were absolutely delicious. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Almost everything was perfect, except some things in the interior were outdated, but i guess it comes with long experience in accommodating .. the view was exceptional, staff was great , the lady in charge Maria is one of the most amazing and sweet people trying to please everyone. So if you want a nice cozy and quiet place to get a real rest this is the one .

although during the reservation in the description of the apartment it was written that the apartment has a view of the sea, from the tree you could not see the sea at all, from the terrace the view was straight into the leaves of the tree

We were there 5 nights they cleaned apartment and change our sheets and towels once, the day before our leaving.

Most of the guests here are families like ours, but everyone primarily thinks of themselves and they're not very polite on the beach. Although we were staying at the hotel, the guests from the hotel next door had reserved spots on the beach. Even though I found an empty sunbed, they argued with me, claiming it was theirs, despite me having my 3-year-old son with me. I found another spot and moved there. However, being forced to give up your spot by an imposing Serbian who isn't even a guest of the hotel and also not paid for the sunbed is far from a good experience. This was probably the worst moment of my 20-day Balkan vacation.

The lack of attention regarding the cleaning. Examples: The toilet press buton was not clean, the shower glass was not fully cleaned (The up zone was dirty, maybe the cleaning person is small), the sink also was dirty. Overall the bathroom was neglected. The bed was small, 140 cm wide.

- You had to wake up early to find an empty sunbed - The description of the room was not accurate. The kitchen was not fully equipped and did not have an electric kettle. We were traveling with a baby and booked the room because the description mentioned the kettle. - Ants everywhere in the kitchen. We could not let any food or baby food on the kitchen bench. - Too much noise at night

The baby cot is for larger babies / kids, we had a problem with our 6 month old and were not able ro use it. Parking was very tight also additional problem make the vehicles parkes on the street which makes getting in and out of the parking a bit of an issue. Could get loud depending on the guests in the apartments near by

Nice location right next to the beach, beach was not private anyone could use it. There is min 20 eur to spend to use the sunbeds and umbrella( for additional fee of 20 eur reservation is possible). However the water was crystal clear and nice for swimming. Food was good. All the stuff were polite and professional.

The rooms are very small. Ours didn't even have side windows and was quite dark. The bathroom is very small, but as the biggest minus I can point out the siphon in the bathroom, which was constantly clogged. Noise isolation is also not up to par. Another minus that I can point out is the slightly careless attitude of the reception. My car was hit in the hotel parking lot while I was away from it, but from there they weren't too involved in finding out which guest did it. I can point out as a minus the so-called keeping of sunbeds on the beach, which is not allowed according to the rules, but no one does anything in another direction. It is allowed and actually at 8:00 a.m. there are almost no free umbrellas. It would be nice if every guest of the hotel had the opportunity to use an umbrella with sunbeds without extra charge (can be included in the room price).

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. It is literally on the beach. Our room had a sea view and the sand was about 20 meters away. The view is great and worth it just for that. We stayed for 5 days, during which time we had maids visit us twice, which was enough. The price-quality ratio is very good. We would love to visit the place again. About Siviri - a nice little town, with not many attractions. There is a nice promenade with good little restaurants located on the seafront. Overall worth a visit.
