Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceAliki Panorama Hotel is a great place to be in Paros. We had such a good time there. Everyone is so kind. The bed are a little hard but everything else is perfect, the breakfast is great, the view on the see beautiful and the 2 cats (Panorama and Vikie) and the dog (Sipi) are so cute and always happy to get head scratches. Thank you so much for the time we get with you Peter, Oona and all the team!

Qatar- the location is a bit remote of the island. It has an area with restaurants close by, however to reach to the main attractions like Naousa, beautiful beaches of the island it take a good 30 min drive. - the boiled eggs for the breakfast, please place them in cold water after boiling so they will peel easier. Just a suggestion.
- Very clean property, the rooms were clean, bed sheets were smelling good. The property is placed up on the hill and many of the rooms can enjoy a splendid sunset.

United KingdomAlthough the pool area is well appointed and a real suntrap, the pool looked murky and uninviting. The veranda bar is only open from 1800 to 2300, not a problem for us, but if you wanted to chill during the day, there's no bar service available. Panorama Rooms appears to run on 'green' principles, so sheets and towels are only changed every 3 days. Our bathroom was miniscule, maybe a metre wide. If you are a large person, I would imagine getting in and out would present a problem. Other rooms may have larger bathrooms. Some evenings the veranda bar was invaded by adolescent Americans doing their best to emulate their typically entitled, uncouth, loud, and bad mannered parents. As residents, we felt a little annoyed and chose to enjoy another venue on those evenings.
Panorama Rooms location is quite convenient, just a short walk to bars and restaurants, so it is fairly quiet. The 'included' breakfast is typically Greek/continental, very well presented, and a good start to the day. The bar/veranda area is very attractive, with comfy sofas and seating areas and the venue for breakfast. The decoration is bright and cheerful in the Greek style and looked like a recent refurbishment.

AustraliaPool had restricted hours and the bathroom was very small, though we did book the cheapest room.
Lovely hotel within walking distance of a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants around and easy to catch the bus to the town. Comfortable bed and they gave us a different pillow when we asked. They provided tea and coffee which was nice.

NetherlandsNothing! We would return!
The location of the hotel was great! We were within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff were very lovely and accommodating! The overall hotel was peaceful and quiet and had a pool for the hot days as well as an onsite bar!

SwitzerlandThe place is in desperate need of a renovation. This is a very old property that has just been repainted. The doors and windows are very old and do not close properly as a result, they are very noisy when windy. The beds were extremely hard to the point of being problematic for someone with back problems like me. It was disappointing to spend 150euro per night for such a below average room. Probably the most expensive worst stay in my traveling history of 70+ countries.
The common area is cute and the owners polite.

Slovakiaeverything was perfect based on the expectations
The hotel offers great accommodations for the price, particularly in this area, and the owners are incredibly friendly. They also provide helpful tips and highlights for exploring Paros Island. We really appreciated having filtered water available right in the hotel, so we didn't have to buy bottled water from stores. There are bus stops nearby with direct service to Parikia, which makes getting around much easier. Paros has an outstanding and on-time bus system, so renting a car isn’t necessary. Each destination is accessible by bus, one ride is 2 EUR per person.

New ZealandWe felt the in house food options were a bit expensive (breakfast etc). It it such a beautiful spot thats has been immaculately designed and built. Having a cheaper "continental" style breakfast would be a good option in my opinion
Beautiful place, has that stunning greek look to it! Rooms were comfortable and spacious
