The bed was really hard, which does suit some people. Not sure the all Inclusive was exactly worth it. A bottle of water wasn't included in the all inclusive and water was only served in plastic cups as an example. Not everyone seemed to have a full understanding of all inclusive and it really depended on who you asked as different answers were given. The Uniforms of the staff needs to be changed, it looks terrible, in my opinion.

Check in was easy and taken directly to room. Meals were great and majority of the Staff really friendly and helpful Location and view was spectacular.

I do think water should be included at dinner for free. Also the service at the hotels partner beach club doesn't match the quality of this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Alia palace and would definitely come back to stay again. The pool area is wonderful with great views. Food variety is great and so is the quality. Also a big plus for the regular buses to town and beach!

Bathroom needs a renovation...

Clean hotel, big with amazing view!! Everyone was so friendly and professional! They had many services like a mini golf car to carry anyone and the luggages to our rooms. Welcome drinks in the room and down to the reception. Has many facilities like spa, 3 swimming pools, restaurants and pool bar. Breakfast was amazing too and it has many choices!

Our bathroom was in need of some attention. There was a bath with a shower head next to the tap but no facilitator a standing shower. The tiny shower screen meant the bathroom got extremely wet when using the hand held shower. Parts of the bathroom were falling apart. We wanted to go on some excursions but didn’t feel supported by the reception staff with this.

The pool area, including the extremely comfortable sun beds, was amazing. Beautiful views and the location was excellent as it was close to the town. The shuttle service was really handy to Beds in the rooms were super comfortable too. Breakfast selection was good and the inclusive snacks around the pool were nice too. Pool bar staff were really friendly.

The road getting there is a little tricky but manageable. I am only deducting one point off for being denied a la carte dinner service due to a private part event which took all the restaurants staff. Which is honnestly not great for a 5 stars hotel. But the reception next day and the manager were super apologetic and nice.

Its amazing property. Super clean. The prices for food and drinks are good and the facilities are amazing. I would recommend ! The staff were super friendly, from the bell boy to the reception and waiters and bartenders. The adults only is super nice since there isnt noises during the day or night and the clientelle is nice. I will return back.

Excellent location- amazing sea view from the balcony! Perfect cleanliness! Very polite staff. Good variety of food at the buffet! Mastering view from the pool over the village and sea! Convenient bus shuttle service from hotel to the beach and back every hour till late evening . The relaxing massage was absolutely fabulous! Everything at this place was amazing- 5 stars is not enough- would rate it exceptional! Definitely recommend!

The waiters around the pool are very slow and there aren’t enough of them, so you have to wait a long time to be served. In contrast, the restaurant staff during meals are overly eager, often grabbing your plate the moment you finish eating. The hotel beach is underwhelming.

The hotel is perfect for couples looking for peace and privacy. The pools are large, prices within the hotel are affordable, and the food is excellent.

We have absolutely no complaints, everything was perfect.

We were enchanted by the hotel, everything was perfect. The view is probably the most beautiful in Pefkohori. The food was wonderful and very varied, and everything was very tasty. The a la carte restaurant was superb. The entire complex was extremely clean and well maintained, the rooms were great - spacious, extremely clean, our room was cleaned every day. The pools were great. The customer is thought of down to the last detail, the bus that takes guests to the beach and the town throughout the day is extremely convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. We were more than satisfied and will definitely come back again.

Honestly the whole resort and big part of Pefkohori is full of crickets which can be really loud - the first nigh I couldn't sleep because of them and even on the pool sometimes all you hear is their noise when you try to chill in the afternoon. Maybe we were in their mating period or something, but the little insects were really loud!

The hotel is located adobe the town and offer really exceptional view, great service and infinity pool. The bar next to the pool works until late. Everything is tidy and clean.

The premises are mountainious, the way uphill from the suits to the reception is not easy, would need an elevator. Sometimes stray dogs are present that can be angry and bark at you.

The dinners are tasty, the private pool is amazing and really private. The view to the village is beautiful.

Breakfast was not bad but it was the same every day No grilled fish for dinner, for me this is must have food in Greece Room and bathroom could be more modern, they are not 5 star looking

The bed was made out of two single beds which was a little bit uncomfortable, but the rest was fantastic

It would be ideal if a bigger spa and gym will be built in the hotel area.

Its great location, placed in a green area, aside of the city, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the center and the beach. Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast and dinner . Great view from the swimming pool . Very quet and beautiful place.
