We liked everything - rooms, terraces, views.... The place perfectly met our needs as we love having space and air where we stay. Here we had plenty of space! Kleopatra was very nice to us and even prepared surprises on a couple of occasions. When we return to Kefalonia, we'll definitely stay again there. Zola & Villa Alexandros are the right place if you're looking for serenity and peace. This was out 3rd time on the island and hopefully not the last one! Thank you, Kleopatra and Dimitros!

This Villa is located in a very picturesque place with breathtaking views. The view from our rooms was fantastic, the moment we saw it, we lost our speech. There is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water on one side and mountains on the other. The Host was incredibly friendly and prepared delicious dinners and treats for us. They took us on a boat trip along the coast and showed us all the beauty of Zola. The apartment was super clean and comfy. The very well-equipped kitchen has everything for comfortable living there. The small bedroom even has some children's toys, puzzles and sand toys. We will definitely come back one day! I highly recommend this place for families!

Villa Alexandros is a wonderful place to stay, one of the nicest I've been to. The villa is very spacious and extremely clean. The three lovely verandas have breathtaking views, from which I watched the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee. Our host Cleopatra is an extremely nice person, she welcomed us very warmly, and communication with her was always very easy and pleasant. It's hard for me to put into words how touched I felt every time she left something delicious for us in the fridge, which happened every day. I highly recommend the place to anyone who decides to visit the island.

Great spacious villa, very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Multiple terraces to dine, sunbathe or relax, all with amazing views. Located in quiet village but perfectly positioned to explore the best spots in Kefalonia. The hosts are super friendly, take great care of her guests. Thank you Kleopatra for all you treats. The one thing we could have used was a common area indoors. There is no living room or anything like that. It's just bedrooms and a kitchen. The common areas are the outdoor balconies.

This is a huge apartment in a beautiful location in Kefalonia. There are 4 individual balconies, most of them quite large and the view of the beach below is quite amazing. Cleopatra was a great host and even left us some home cooked food at a few points. We spent 5 nights at the apartment so we had a lot of time to get to know the area. The bedrooms are comfy and nice to have the AC, which can cool the entire apartment if you leave the doors open. Overal we enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Excellent host Kleopatra - very welcoming and extremely kind; comfortable and very clean large 3 bed apartment within the villa and easy, free parking; Zola is a quiet village and good location too - great access to some of the best beaches on west and northern side. Highly recommend Zola tavernes Stou Tsagari (meat and veg) and Kostas (fish). Vouti beach is 5min drive!

Lovely peaceful place with a breathtaking view. This is the perfect place to escape the daily hassle and recharge the batteries. In the same time it is conveniently located near many wonderful beaches, sights and restaurants. The villa is gorgeous, very spacious, with lovely cosy rooms and big furnished terraces without mosquitoes. It is also impeccably clean (daily cleaning provided) but most of all it is very well equipped and comfortable. The bathroom with 2 sinks and the additional bathroom are a great time saver. Can't miss to mention the towels in different colors for each of us, simple but smart solution that made our lifes easier. Since Zola is а mоuntainοus villаge, built on a hill аbоve thе sea the temperatures are much nicer and we didn't use the air conditioners even in the hottest days (+35 degrees). Nice and welcoming hosts who live downstairs. They are very discreet but always available. Safe private parking space in the shade, suitable also for a very big car. Would definitely visit again and definitely recommend.

The property was very clean and well equipped with all the facilities you would expect at home. We had a choice of six balconies to sit out on which are set out over two floors, 5 were overlooking the sea and mountains and the other was shaded, which was perfect. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, occasionally leaving us lovely cakes for us to enjoy. Location was perfect only a three minute drive from two beautiful beaches. We are a family of five and appreciated the space and fabulous views from the different balconies. The villa was spotless and our hosts generous and helpful. We had a fabulous day with Dimitris in the boat visiting great swimming spots. Would highly recommend taking this trip. Kleopatras baking treats were delicious and appreciated after long days.

We absolutely loved everything about this Villa in Zola! We stayed for a week and the owners made us feel like family. Even though the owners were on site it never seemed like they were. The place was spotless. Very tranquil to the eyeballs and ears. Better than the pictures! I would highly recommend staying at this Villa and would definitely book here again in the future!

Unfortunately the coastal road to Myrtos/Asos is closed since they are replacing a bridge. So quite a detour is needed to get there by car from Zola.

Having to leave for the uk

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the surroundings spectacular. Kefalonia is a very special island. Kleopatra and Dimitri are such kind people and made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you also Kleopatra for the delicious treats you made for us. We certainly hope to see you again.

The flat is spacious, clean, with multiple terraces and amazing views. The beds are comfortable and there is so much care put in by Kleopatra making them every day. Kleopatra also drops in cakes and savoury purse every few days. Dimitris has boats and does a wonderful tour of the nearby coastline. It was the highlight of our stay. They are simply wonderful hosts. Zola may seem a little isolated but it’s a great location to reach all parts of the island. Lixouri with its restaurants and supermarkets is an easy 20 mn drive. April is a great place to visit with very few tourists and all the flowers in bloom. Some places are shut but enough are open. Would highly recommend Villa Alexandros, and a Spring holiday in Kefalonia.

If I could put more than 10, I would put much more. There was a house of dream where we spent 10 nice days in Kefalonia. Especially we liked how Cleopatra and Dimitris cared us with their warm and hospitality. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Everyday Cleopatra treated us with different desserts and traditional greek dishes. We also liked very much the fish prepared by Dimitris. Also we had a boat tour with Dimitris that was really fantastic. The view from the terrace was magnificent. This is the best place we have ever stayed in Greece. For sure, I would like to come back.

The Wifi wasn't great, but I had a plan B with my own 5G SIM which worked decent enough. But then, having to work from a terrace, is it really a negative? :)

The view, the friendliness of the hosts and yet total privacy. Overall a brilliant experience and I can thoroughly recommend Zola as a base (perhaps except for lack of sunsets, but there isn't a better option for this without sacrificing other aspects).
