The staff, location, interior, atmosphere and facilities in Alenor city hotel were above our expectations. Diana was very obliging to helping us with whatever we needed booking taxis etc. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

This was our best hotel in Greece. The venue is fantastic, rooms are modern, clean and beautiful. Service is superb with coffee, help to get Naxos visits, car rental, shuttle to port, and even more. I recommend this venue very strongly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naxos! The location was absolutely perfect — no more than a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, including the beach, restaurants, shops, and the charming old town. We really appreciated how peaceful the area was, despite being so close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naxos and looking for a central yet relaxing place to stay!

What an incredible stay at ALENOR hotel. The hotel and hosts exceeded our expectations. We arrived earlier than check-in time but the host was incredibly accommodating. She led us to the terrace to rest while waiting for our room to be prepared. She was the sweetest and gave us the best hospitality ever. Had a great time relaxing at the rooftop terrace with an incredible view and swimming in the beautiful pool recently installed. The host also gave us a refreshing drink as it was her birthday, which was also very sweet. Our room was just beautiful. The shower spacious, toilet had a bidet which was a nice surprise and there were also a lot of amenities to use making our stay very comfortable without anything missing! The bed was very big and comfortable while still leaving enough space for luggage storage. The view and jacuzzi on our balcony were also an amazing experience. Especially when relaxing at night after a long day of exploring. We can’t thank both of the hosts enough for helping us out with any and every problem we had and for just being so sweet and going above and beyond to help us and give solutions to any other problems we had (unrelated to the hotel). They were even sweet enough to invite us on a night out for drinks. On our last day we had an issue with our ferry being postponed. They were so accommodating and allowed us to use the hotel facilities such as the pool and common toilets/ shower for as long as we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough !

Fabulous hotel in every way. Very luxurious bedrooms with too quality bedding, beautiful bathroom, great hairdryer (!) , coffee machine , coffee & milk capsules replaced daily. Room was cleaned to a very high standard every day with fresh towels. Just when I thought my stay couldn’t get any better I discovered the roof terrace and pool! Just fabulous! Diana is an excellent host, very friendly and kind and epitomises Greek hospitality. The hotel is in a super location, 10 minutes easy walk away from the touristy town , great authentic restaurants, bakeries and supermarket within a few minutes walk. Easy access to bus stops for all the beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

We LOVED everything about our stay at Alenor. The hotel itself seems quiet new and also has a pool on the gorgeous rooftop. Dianna at the front desk was lovely from Day 1 - very friendly and super helpful. She kindly offered us a drink while our room was being ready and we were able to relax on the rooftop. Our room was very comfortable, with all facilities you would need - comfy pillows and bed, clean towels, modern bathroom and super nice shower. We also had a little balcony. We had a welcome bottle of wine, some cheese and tomatoes in our room the day we arrived which was lovely, and were also surprised with watermelon in the fridge on the 2 days we stayed (which was great after a full day at the beach!). The hotel is also well located, a short 10-12min walk to old town with some nice coffee shops/bakeries within walking distance. Can't recommend Alenor enough - it was such a beautiful stay and we'd love to go back :)

The room was really clean, beautiful with very comfy bed.I had a little baby with me and the baby mattress was a quality one and not the usual cheap foam ones.The receptionist is one of the best if not the best I have ever met. She was great with us and our little baby girl.All in all the room was everything I wanted it to be and more.A big plus I have to mention is the cafe with playground, bakery and mini market in close radius.they really complete the hotel and make everything easy. Last but not least Naxos centre is really close so you don't need to use your car.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Alenor City Hotel is amazing - we spent a wonderful week here. It is really well appointed with a lovely modern design (separate shower and toilet) and a super comfy bed. Lighting makes the room extra special. Nice balcony and we have stayed before with a jacuzzi on the balcony too. Lots of lovely little touches - toiletries replaced every day if need be, plenty of fluffy towels etc. Even tray of fresh muffins appeared one day! When the roof top terrace is finished (with small pool and amazing views), it's going to be even better. We will be back! And Diana the host is simply lovely - she even bought me flowers and a bottle of wine on my birthday!

The hotel is new and super clean. The hotel room was very comfortable and it had all you would need. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We felt like at home and would definitely stay here if we came to Naxos again.

Everything was impeccable. The management/front desk person Diana was the best. Did absolutely everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. She arranged a car rental which brought the car to our hotel which made everything incredibly easy. Everything was top notch.

Location could be better but it’s only a short walk to all the action and if it was nearer the port it would be noisier and more expensive.

Beautiful hotel only three years old. Comfortable - great bathroom with toiletries etc. Fridge in the room, kettle and tea / coffee. Nice balcony with table and chairs and a small clothes line to dry bits and pieces. Lovely roof top terrace. Car park next door if you hire a car. Nice bar / restaurant 2 minutes away plus a corner shop for essentials

Great little hotel on Naxos Island. Great attentive hosts in Diana and the family. Every recommendation given was top-notch. We particularly loved Thasos our private island taxi driver who picked us up and dropped us off in town any old time of day or night. Hugely appreciated. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here, well-appointed rooms and enough space for 3 singles in a room. The bathroom is small but once you got used to it it wasn't an issue. It was great to have a bigger fridge than usual it meant we could keep food and water cool all of the time. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing, so much kind and helpful. They really walk the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is all new and very fresh and clean. Location is great, walking distance from the harbor. Quiet as well. And they provide beach towels
