The only thing I would've loved to have is slightly more sound proofing, our room was close to the pool so we could hear kids playing every morning when we wanted to sleep late, although very minor

We would have loved Netflix or similar.

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from where the ferry drops you at Skala. Plenty of really great restaurants nearby and it felt really safe. The locals were very friendly

The stuff was amazing helpful and very kind. The restaurant is tasty and perfect situated on the beach. All the experience was warm lovely and exactly what we needed.

Not all the light switches in the room worked but it was not a big deal.

Both our pillows were really quite hard! My son had a hard and soft one in his room so I’m sure if we’d mentioned it we could have had it sorted but we were enjoying ourselves too much!

We were lucky enough to have a sea view room with a lovely big balcony looking out on to the beach. The location is phenomenal, right next to all the restaurants and bars and shops. We ate at the hotel every lunchtime as the food was delicious with great service. All the staff are incredibly friendly. We loved the beach umbrellas. Don’t moan about paying €10 for a set, you get a key box for your valuables, you can reserve them the day before and there’s bar/food service available from a QR code on them which is very efficient. Oh and Luna the dog, what a beauty!

It was a good all-rounder, catering for every time of day and every need required(accommodation, breakfast, lunch/dinner/snacks, swimming pool, beach at your door, beach beds and beach service and gym and spa facilities) with a clean environment and staff who were happy to help you with your every need. A bonus was the distance to the port that saved time travelling to catch the boat.

The gym could have been better equipped but it was perfectly functional.

The staff were absolutely fabulous! Amazingly helpful and cheerful; nothing was a problem. They addressed any request.

I had some trouble with the door locks (as in, it was almost too secure!) but I think that was probably user error.

Perfect location - I rolled off the ferry and into the hotel. There were lots of beds on the beach that were for hotel guests to use, the bar was great (good cocktails and friendly staff) and my room was wonderful - huge! Loved my stay there, it was just what i needed.

The bathroom facilities were rather old but I understand that it’s a lot of humidity because it’s so close to the sea

The pool was big, clean and with comfortable lounge zone. The mattress was extremely comfortable though I slept on a folding bed (my kids got the king size one😅).

Amazing location on the beach - great hotel fabulous staff from cleaners to front of house - bar staff - beach staff - all so helpful and friendly The food was so fresh and better than the tavernas in the town - which were also very nice
