Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceLocation is juste great. Super good bakery next door, Kini beach is very nice and other beach plans very close by that are great. Very nice restaurants around. Staff was super nice. We strongly recommend !

United KingdomIt was a shame my balcony didn't get any sunshine until late afternoon, but that was just because of the position and layout of the building!
The accommodation was self-catering and I could come and go as I pleased. It has a spacious courtyard with lovely plants and decorations, and there's a mini-market across the road. The best thing about it was the owner Agnes, who was warm and friendly, chatty and incredibly helpful. She speaks good English and is keen to do anything she can to help - she even walked with me to the bus stop to explain the complicated timetable. She's absolutely lovely and was one of the best things about my stay in Kini - thank you Agnes.

AustraliaThe bed collapsing, the mattress needs replacing, and new pillows are needed also. Sadly, the whole place needs an overhaul. Never again.
Stayed here two years ago, and Agnes is a lovely lady. My how things can change. The bed collapsed twice as there are not enough slats underneath. We had to ask for cooking utensils, as there where none in the kitchen. But you get what you pay for I guess.
