The property is simple yet comfortable, with a lovely view—perfect for a trip where you spend most of the time exploring. Breakfast is provided, and the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the property. You can also walk to Oia in about 20–25 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The vanity was not cleaned still had makeup marks on it from the previous guests.

The staff were very helpful with our check in and assisted with car rental for the island. Located in a good area with some great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room has a lovely view.

Our room was very dusty and our floors clearly wasn't cleaned for the duration. There were cobwebs behind the bathroom door.

Nice hotel with excellent sea views. Beautiful to wake up to such a view. Breakfast was OK but very repetitive, although enough to get you through to lunch. The 20 minutes walk in to Oia or bus ride made it the perfect location. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The place is so lovely and clean. We requested to be moved to a different room with a nice view and the staff kindly accommodated this which we really appreciated. Very nice and approachable people.

No tea and coffee making in the room.

They gave us a room upgrade which was lovely. The pool area was nice and the views were very nice. The hotel has a bus stop out the front to go into Oia or you can walk in 20 mins. Several restaurants nearby. It is a quiet and peaceful location.

The only thing I missed in our room was a small kitchenette for washing dishes, but we had everything we needed anyways (fridge, waterboiler for coffee, glasses, plates etc., so in general was okay also with that).

I would recommend this stay yo anyone who wants to book a nice, affordable villa near Oia. The Villa is very clean and Staff so friendly. The girl on the reception gave us room with the sea and pool view like we booked. The breakfast was fine, all needed included 😊 The cleaning lady visited our room every day and gave us towels, cleaned etc. The swimming pool was very clean and in general the whole area around is very nice, calm and close to Oia (2m by car). Also nearest shop is 5-7min walk, on the way to Oia. Also the spots in villa resorts were so nice for photo shootings.

The place is very nice, the staff was very kind and available, the position is top it is 15min walk from the center of OÍA you can enjoy the view while you walk to the center. What I loved most about this place was the sunset that can be seen from the hotel pool A suggestion would be to abound the breakfast buffet a little more, to have more options to choose from

The breakfast was very poor compared to other places we stayed. Many of the doors stuck and didn’t close. You couldn’t stand in the loft, which was ridiculous for 3 adults.

The only thing we would change is to have had a wider selection of breakfast options, however the spread provided was still very good value for money!

We were already so excited to stay at Agnadi View Villa, but the hotel as a whole far exceeded our expectations! The hotel room was clean and authentic to the destination, the staff were wonderful, helpful and accommodating, we had a terrace outside of our room with sun loungers and a small table and chairs which was so lovely as we felt we had so much room! The pool was wonderful and the entire property was so beautiful with a stunning view. The walk into Oia town is around 25 minutes which was lovely (although you can get a bus for very cheap (max €2 each way) which is good if you’re heading out in peak heat! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini.

If you are going back to the property, there is no other way to go back but use the bus going to Fira again and it takes 1 hr. There is no bus from oia direct going back to the place which is only 5 mins by drive.
