We were completely unaware of what to do on arrival as they presumed we had arrived with a group that has been before. As soon as they realised they quickly resolved it and were attentive.

Stunning venue, location and lovely team, they arranged our airport transfers which were brilliant.

The furniture needs renewal - not such a big problem but would have made my rate up to 10.

The location was very convenient - a walking distance from both the beach and the shopping street, the staff was very helpful all the time and last but not least -=they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels and the bed sheets. There is a restaurant as well which we also liked a lot -good service, tasty food and a special Pizza night on Wed and Sat.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious, bad and pillows very comfy, incredibly clean. The hotel is positioned on a small hill, 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and the centre of the village and it has the most beautiful view at the bay and the amazing sunsets. The food in the restaurant was so delicious, my compliments to the chef. The hosts are very welcoming and always there to help you with anything you may need.

The internet was really slow and having two teenagers this is important in this day and age. The upstairs apartment for families was great. Bathroom still needs a little work but the update in the lounge and kitchen is great and fresh grapes at this time of year was a bonus!

See above comment . Room rear balcony very greenery overgrown, but when moved all outside furniture to front more than acceptable. Amazing all round views .

Breakfast was not available nor lunch, bbq or pitza evening as advertised also Greek evening not on. This was answer to 'how did you like breakfast' question !!!

Location and pool are excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay so special. Restaurant meals are exceptionally good. Great selection of dishes on the menu. Good stock of fabulous wine.

Lovely location and views, really kind and personable staff, food was great when we ate at the restaurant. Our room had 2 balconies, and it was absolutely blissful to chill out up there having breakfast and taking in the views. Our 5 year old daughter lived in the pool and loved it. Really serene and peaceful setting with lovely vibes. George is a wonderful man who looks after any restaurant guests beautifully. A truly lovely room with lots of space, you can have a towel for the day and buy drinks all day at the bar which is lovely.

I can’t think of anything.

We (family with teens) spent a lovely week here. The penthouse apartment is great, we especially enjoyed the two terraces and the sunsets. We stayed in April before the tourism season officially opened, so the pool and restaurant were closed, but we had an amazing and relaxing stay nonetheless.

The hill is quite steep but not for too long.

Fantastic location, albeit up a steep hill, with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony that offer gorgeous sunsets. Apartment was clean, kitchen was functional for breakfasts/lunch as I ate out in the evenings at the many local restaurants (including Steven’s). Excellent value for money, lovely hosts and I would definitely stay again.

Restaurant/bar not open for the season yet (late April/early May) but plenty of options in the town.

The staff were very helpful and the views incredible. Being at the start of the season the upgrade to an apartment away from the work being carried out at the restaurant was a nice surprise. Pool was bigger than expected too.

We noticed there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and bedroom. That's the only thing.

The location was 100m from the hotel/pool area and was more private. The beach and restaurants are very close.The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 days and they cleaned the room 4 times and changed the towels and bedsheet. The pool is also a plus.

Very lovely helpful staff. Went over and above helping me as I was unwell and helping me exchange my car hire to an automatic. Fab location, stunning sunsets. Very comfy bed and good shower. Delicious food. I cannot fault them in any way.

If I was going to be picky I think the apartment could do with a little updating but we were perfectly comfortable. They kindly let us stay in another room (103) while we waited for our evening flight and that was very nice.

It was a little piece of paradise. The views from our apartment were idyllic and swimming in the pool was a dream. The family team running the show have everything running like clockwork and as they learn all their guest names so you learn all theirs. So thank you Janine, Vlasis, Stephen, Eleni and George. (And Roseanna 😍) We ate dinner every night and lunch twice and the food was so good we didn’t send a mouthful back to the kitchen. Very good prices too. Vlasis ordered all our transfers to and from Corfu town and the airport and even helped us get a taxi back from our trip to a nearby village when we were unsure about bus stops and times. Amazing service.

Everything was perfect, made even better by the lovely family who own Steven's. The best place to stay in Agios Gordios. If you don't stay there, a visit to the restaurant is a must.

We stayed there in the second half of August and had a wonderful time. Photos here realistically represent the maisonette apartment that we stayed in. The staff is super pleasant and friendly. The hotel is located on the hill, but it is just a short walk downhill to the beach (5 minutes or less). The view from the restaurant is amazing as well as the whole ambiance and food. Parking for the guests is close by and we always had enough space to park our car. Would recommend and would definitely come back!

Honestly nothing. The owners and staff were super-helpful and friendly and the whole stay was a joy.

It was beautiful. It had two balconies and incredible views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The apartment itself was very tastefully decorated and was super-comfortable. Overall it was wonderful. The restaurant in the linked hotel was fantastic as well: great food and really lovely staff.

Our stay at Stephens on the Hill was absolutely perfect. Fabulous hosts! (Especially Janine) Fantastic food. Great views. Sunsets to die for! Very comfy bed. Great aircon. Delightful swimming pool. A short stroll from a fantastic beach! All just amazing!
