The room smelled like old smoke when we checked in - we are non smokers. For a 4 stars hotel, the room including bathroom, have seen better times - for example the AC is old and loud; the light in the bathroom is very bad; there were spider webs in the bathroom and room; some previous works potentially for electricity at the walls in the room were not properly covered up and they were clearly visible from the way the wall was painted, it seems there was not seen a need to make it proper and nice - while from the exterior of the resort and little houses were beautifully done. The food at the breakfast was not the quality we would expect from a 4 star hotel and for the money we paid.

The location is amazing, the view is magnificent from anywhere in the resort. The staff at the pool bar are super nice. The pool is clean and nice. The hotel beach is beautiful and very calm. The balcony of our room was just perfect.

The private beach is not so good and the food menu in the restaurant can be better.

In reality it is a 3-star hotel that needs a serious refresh. Breakfast is a joke with the same poor quality food.

There is enormous nuber of wasp insects especialy durring the breakfast, but when you get used to it you dont even notice them, stuff is doing their best to keep them away but they dont sucssed

Two things: 1. The prices of the drinks. 4,5 euros for a simple coffee is too much and this comes from a person who is not afraid to spend to have a good time. Still, value for money should be considered. 2. This is something that the hotel may not be responsible for but they should take it under consideration. The behavior of some guests can ruin the experience of others. This is a place where people come for relaxation. Some guests, usually in big packs, shout at each other like they own the place or have their kids behave in the roof bar as if it's a playground late in the night while the rest are trying to enjoy their drinks. And it's almost always people coming from Slavic countries- this is not racist, it's an observation. So, to the hotel: rude guests ruin the experience of others, so you may want to have some processes in place in terms of limiting noise or annoying behaviours. I am talking about behaviour that cannot go unnoticed- if you know, you know!

We've been staying here every summer for the last few years. This year the service was very upgraded. Staff has always been polite but in the previous years, the service was kind of slow and not as good. This year, the staff was a mix of professionals and young people who always did their best to offer the best service, fast, with a positive attitude and genuinely nice people. Also, the buffet food was great and upgraded this year. Great quality, variety and quantities. Authentic greek food, like you have your own gradma cooking for you. Keep up the good work!

The beach in front of the resort is not one of the best one can find in the island. However there are other great short distance options in the area. Regarding the rooms a small renovation,like painting and bathroom ameliorating could really be a plus for the guests.

The hospitality of every employee was amazing. They made the difference between a simple stay and an experience. Not only the rooms but the whole resort was clean, and small requests were immediately satisfied. The swimming pool was very well maintained and supervised daily by a lifeguard. The environment of the resort is great,with an astonishing view which one can enjoy from its own private balcony and from the roof bar as well. Last but not least, the food was one of the most delicious ,home-like meals (traditional greek foods and international cuisine) one can have. The buffet managed to fullfill the needs of all guest either in savory or in sweet delights.

There are too many wasps during breakfast all over the restaurant, especially around the food and outside on the terrace. This makes the breakfast quite stresffull.

Great location with view, spacious parking place. Kind and helpful staff. The food is also great, including also some local dishes. The sea and the beaches on the whole island are gorgeous.

Air conditioning leaked onto the balcony floor (its common but it needed to be diverted away from the seats. My feet were always wet. And as mentioned above - bad coffee.

Breakfast was good except for the coffee which was from a machine (cappuccino) for greece this is terrible. The pool and area was beautiful and the room was clean and quiet with very good water pressure.

Just one little thing :) - I am ok that every guest need to pay for a drink at the dinner, but free drinking water at the diner is a must.
