The large spacious gardens. The pool size. The small amount of studios. The close proximity to the beach. The staff.

Beds not the comfiest. Could do with more sun beds.

Location was nice, very clean around the house and inside, quiet during the night

Clues for getting the apartment key were not very clear, but this can be improved for the next vacation.

The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great and close to a shop and the beach

I thought it was great for the price - it’s a more traditional property. If you are expecting luxury and modern it’s not for you.

Spacious, good facilities. Very clean and excellent regular housekeeping, change of towels etc. Good and well maintained pool. Great location close to beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The owner did not provide the remote control for A/C. He was not cooperative at all.

The room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the sparking fresh swimming pool. Comfortable beds and great power shower. Couldn’t have picked a better location for the beach and restaurants. Very peaceful location. Very helpful staff too.

The bathroom was below average and the beds were so uncomfortable I had to ask for more pillows to make my own kind of mattress topper!!

It has a excellent location and is just what you need to have wonderful holiday

Nothing it was all fine

The location was perfect, right next to the beach! And the facilities was excellent exactly what me and my family was looking for. My two boys absolutely loved the pool and the park section.

Nothing it was clean, perfect location, great pool, great park location and helpful, friendly staff.

We loved that the property is so family orientated and our 2.5 year old son loved playing with the owners children who are soo kind and friendly. There is plenty for the kids to enjoy, a trampoline, slide, pool etc and is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The owner and staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They are really good people with good hearts.

Reception wasn’t always open so if you had any issues you would need to contact on WhatsApp or call, but usually someone was around the property if you needed to find them, but that wasn’t a big issue for us

Distance to the beach is simply amazing, we stayed with tree small kids (under 5years) and enjoyed everything - pool, clean rooms and facilities. There were two rooms and small kitchen + fridge in our apartment.

Yes, it is outdated and not fashionable, but value for mony is worth it. We had ants in the room and kids were super excited about them.

The hotel is based in very nice garden with a swimming pool and beach just around the corner. A small super market and restaurant in front of this hotel so everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday. I like this place and return year after year. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Book only superior studio! Those are renovated :) normal studios are very old and smelly. Best thing is location! It is just next to the beach, it has nice garden and swimming pool and little playground for kids. If you look around, the other properties in Moraitika and Messognhi are on the road or high uphill or in even worse shape etc, so worse options in my opinion ( and I searched a lot since I wanted to change accommodation initially, but when I saw others I was supper happy with this one ) - Cleaning lady is very kind and helpful - garden is very well maintained - :) - parking included Beach is wonderful! Clear water, sand in the water and pebbles and sand on the cost. Great for kids, because the water is very shallow and calm. There are also very nice restaurants near by, I recommend Caldera, great location, service and food amazing! Also recommend Bella vista taverna :)

Those are renovated :) normal studios are very old and smelly I have booked standard studio initially because there was no possibility to have an extra bed for kid in superior studio - what a mistake! Old studios kitchen and toilets are not in the photos, but it is smelly and in very bad shape. Wardrobe was a hole in the wall with doors. Kitchen was not functional at all. After few days of complaining, the owner agreed to move us to superior studio and to add a bed for a child there, so I am giving review for superior studio, that s recently renovated with decent bathroom and functional kitchen where you can prepare at least breakfast. I hope normal studios will be renovated soon as well :) - Bathroom in superior studio miss storage place, to put cosmetics etc. - Would be nice to have some rope to dry clothes on the balcony - music from the club in front is too loud. - it should be very good if they put mosquito curtain on the doors since there are no windows in room - wifi is weak, but so is in whole Moraitika

Location close to the beach

We stayed there last year and we were very happy the kitchen and bathroom needed an update but it was always clean . this year some updates done but service terrible no cleaning or clean bedding for duration of holiday after 5 days we had to ask for clean towels

The only thing good about it was that it was very close to the beach.

Mold in the room, black mold in the bathroom on all walls. Shower right next to the loo only separated by a (yet again) moldy shower curtain. Room was dirty and only an attempt at cleaning it twice in 10 days. There was a very loud disco right next to it that went on until 2-3am. Owner did not even listen to our issues and instead invited us to leave (despite us having a young child with us)

lovely apartment so close to the beach, basic but clean although bathroom is very small

no-one there to greet us, was told to ‘get out off reception’ by a child. then handed a key bt the cleaner who couldn’t help us with other questions we had. ie air con, tv didn’t work and no safe.
