I would say images on website make rooms look nicer and cleaner then in real life, but the rooms are by no means bad.

This property was very close to the centre of Ios. If you’re doing the bar crawl it’s a good location as it starts right near the hotel. The man on reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

No blinds on any windows, so was super hard to sleep with all the music and people going out at night - good location if you’re younger/visiting for the nightlife but I wouldn’t recommend for a more relaxed/family holiday

The value for money is great, it’s in the perfect location for all Ios attractions, hiring bikes, the best restaurants, walking distance to the beach’s or port, and of course the night life start as soon as you walk out the door

Perfect location as it is quiet, yet within a minutes walk from the town centre as well as bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, which was perfect for us, as we spend most of our time exploring the island rather than staying in the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even offered us an early check in and a late check out since it was a quiet time of the season. Would definitely recommend! We'd book with them again if we come back to the island.

The rooms are clean and simple, but the bathrooms are a cut above the local standard with a modern shower design. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the location has you in the centre of the main village in a great spot to eat and drink or catch a regular bus to one of the beaches.

Many of the guests are young party goers, and would often party until 6am slamming doors, shouting, having no consideration for other guests. There is no night time receptionist to raise the noise issues with either, and whoever runs reception needs to smoke outside as the reception area smelt like a dirty ash tray. Also upon arrival our floors hadn’t of been mopped in what seemed like weeks and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. All in all this was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at on holiday and I would not recommend it to anyone - unless you plan on partying until sunrise.

The location is very central to everything in Ios, walking distance from the town centre, and reasonably priced.

Excellent accommodation and made very welcome by Yannis and family who made us feel very at home, delivering Twinings Tea bags and home made biscuits delivered to our room.. Lovely terrace with outdoor seating and we appreciated the washing line. Great location in the centre of the new town of Chora but we were not disturbed by the nearby bars.

The staff were so nice and facilitating the room was perfect and so modern and clean, it was perfect, all my friends that were in Ios were in other hotels and they all agreed ours was the nicest. It’s in the perfect location to the town/ bus although there is no pool you are a stones throw from the other pools around. We had a kitchen and big fridge which was great. Ellen and Rosa were amazing and will be missed

The hotel was located in the perfect street, near a delicious bakery, supermarket and the Nutelleria. It was easy to get to from the port using the bus and it was only 5 min away from the hotel. Very close from the city centre. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The windows were very old so no soundproof or insulation , doors also not very good you good hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor, the towel rack to dry you towels and swimsuits was also tiny, also some safety concerns my friends towel was stolen from the towel rack in his room.

There's a bus stop closeby for the shuttle - if you're coming by port I recommend looking into that as my friends and I made the mistake of dragging our suitcases up a million flight of stairs. The shower leaked a lot of water everywhere so be mindful.

Location was fantastic - close proximity to everything, just a short walk down steps to get to the main street. The cleaning ladies were lovely - gave us extra towels when needed and always greeted us. There was a balcony, clothes line and mini fridge. Perfect place if you're there for a few nights and don't intend on staying in heaps. The balcony was also beautiful, the sun came into the room each morning and lit everything up. Gorgeous views.
