Breakfast reminds me of the all inclusive resorts, people are grabbing food as there is no tomorrow, therefore to get a fruits was impossible mission. A little bit disappointed by this in the morning. Beach bar a little bit more expensive compared to other beach bars (approximately 20%). the hotel during our stay (august 2025) is under reconstruction and has no availability of spa, limited offer of services and assuming not fully occupied.

Location is perfect. room was suitable for 2-3 people and had a balcony. the private beach is great, however sometimes not free sun beds and umbrellas. Staff was helpful and reactive to our requirements - appreciated.

The A/C in my room wasn’t super strong and made a bit of noise at night. It’s not super modern, more rustic yet charming. I also didn’t really like the breakfast - bit of random taste. They could use more staff working the beach cabanas; a few times I had to go all the way to the post to order.

The location on Kamari Beach was excellent. I also liked that the bus schedule for Kamari to Fira was posted in the lobby. I didn’t use the pools on site as I spent most of the time in the beach beds at the beach. Would stay again!

the hotel is very close to the beach. The Bubba bar is great, with fresh dishes and good variety of plates. Umbrella and sunbeds are very confortable. Great service is Shower room that give you the opportunity to enjoy the last hours of your vacation after check out.

Great staff although cleaning lost some of our child's muslin cloths as they were in were in the bed when changed them. They also couldn't tell us till 11am on the day of checkout if we could have late checkout (checkout is at 11am) so bit of a pain. Beds aren't the most comfortable either.

Spa was closed so despite booking massages we didn’t get to use any facilities. There was also a strong smell of drains in the room.

There is a dusty field in front of the hotel, which is the free parking. It is free, but totally full every time. You have to wait for a free space, and you are lucky if it is big enough for your car (even for a small one).

The location is perfect, the beach and the promenade next to it is in front of the hotel. There are lot of restaurants, you can go to a new one each day! The pool is ok

The rooms should have a drying rack for wet clothes, towels and bathers. The rooms should provide coffee, tea, sugar and creamer for use with the kettle. Coffee/ tea cups would be useful also.

Pool is busy, and everyone leaves their towels and personal items on pool loungers all day (for hours) to hold their spot while they do other things so others have no place to sit. Very frustrating especially as many are waiting in back areas to sit on lounger in sun. Ridiculous that management has not implemented a rule that prevents this..other hotels have a 15 min rule. Internet for public areas are Shut off at 9pm, 0 ability to get it. Laptop wldnt connect to personal room Internet at all, says pwsd incorrect, but phone works ...so? Why not laptop.

1. You only get pool towels once every 3 days 2. Can’t leave the AC on, phone chargers plugged in etc while out of the room due to needing the key- very inconvenient 3. Beds and bed linen were uncomfortable/cheap 4. Wi-Fi was poor 5. We stayed in room 410 which was extremely loud due to location of the room - staff constantly making noise outside our door

I requested a quieter room after reading comments from other guests. Unfortunately, my request was ignored. The room I received was located in a very noisy place and was disappointingly small. It was also infested with ants and mosquitoes. The room showed clear signs of wear and tear, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. This place definitely needs significant improvements.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right in Kamari Beach. We were just steps away from the shoreline, making it incredibly convenient for daily beach outings. Plus, the proximity to local restaurants and shops added a wonderful touch to our stay.

At first , the location of my room was less than ideal as it was in front of the pool and a lot of guests foot traffic as it was on the way towards the reception! I requested to change and they gave me another room with a little upcharge as it was a junior suite . There was a little funky smell when you entered the room but front desk immediately took care of it . I enjoyed my time and highly recommend this hotel ! I love Santorini!! Until next time CIAO !

Beautiful property right on Kamari black Beach. The staff were all very nice and attentive! Great to meet you Nico ( manager of breakfast ) ! And also Christine server at the beach 👍! And Erin and Panos at reception were very helpful and all in all the whole staff was wonderful! Location is in the center with lots of restaurants,shopping etc.. Tourist Heaven 💯❤️

A miscommunication with staff about spa treatments regarding timing changes and need of prepayment that made it anything but relaxing and a forgotten item in the beach that first they claimed was found but then never managed to locate it, which was unfortunate. Most of the staff was very helpful though.

Very nice hotel with a lovely beach. We had half board and enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner options. Staff was very helpful and accommodated a room change for us to accommodate our baby in a quieter part of the complex. Convenient parking nearby and good choice of drinks and food on the beach. Beach chairs are for free and we never had an issue finding one.
