The shuttle service is not good: you are sent the details of the vehicle and are expected to search to find it amongst literally dozens of other similar taxis. The service is run at times that are convenient for the hotel - not the guests. The driver of the shuttle doesn't bother to get out of the vehicle with a sign clearly showing the name the hotel: this would greatly help guests at Athens airport. The name of the hotel was not clearly shown on the vehicle: it was near the bottom of the front windscreen, and you had to look very closely because the name was not clearly written either.

All very good for an overnight stay. A good kebab taverna across the road. If you keep the windows open at night - you will definitely hear the airplanes.

Shuttle timing got pushed over an hour as our flight was 20 min behind. A little disappointing as we booked it for the free shuttle and travelling with 3 kids. It is what it is. The shuttle the next morning was seamless.

Stairs were a challenge with all of the luggage for 13 people The airport free shuttle was not able to accommodate our family of 13 late at night when we were picked up from the airport, so we were split into two groups. The driver was taking the first group and then returning for the second group which was fine. He was double booked for both groups and EXTREMELY rude about luggage that was left behind from first group to be taken with the second group. I was the organiser or the group and he kept ignoring my comments and spoke to my adult sons and husband. He directly told me that he would speak to the men and not a woman. VERY condescending!!!! He was also apparently double booked for both of our groups for his 7 passenger van. Ours return morning transfer was in a bigger van/bus, so we all went together in one trip to the airport. The driver was VERY nice and attentive.

The rooms were spacious, inviting & clean. We arrived late at night and everything was easy with the check in!

We went to bed early due to our 6:00am flight, but we could hear some noisy people going in or out of rooms at night with loud doors closing as well as the church clock chimes. (Luckily, I think the church chimes stopped after 9:00pm because they were very loud.) The elevator is so tiny that my husband and I barely fit with our 2 carry-on luggage. The outlet by the bed did not seem to be working (but there were several across the room that worked fine.)

The location was excellent for our 6:00 am flight! Our shuttle was ready to take us to the airport promptly at 3:40 and so I had no worries about missing our flight. The room had coffee, cream, sugar, which we enjoyed before our super early departure. We were happy that a cold bottle of water was included in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and we had an interesting view of the city and church from our balcony. A great cafe was conveniently right across the street where we had dinner. A convenience store was also across the street! The room was very attractive and clean and functional. Love the free shuttle to the airport and the shuttle driver even directed us as to where to enter the airport and to take an escalator up. The staff had great english and answered our questions. What a great value for anyone wanting to be close to the airport!

It took hours to cool down my room. I was hopeful to cool it down while I went out to dinner, however, when I took the key card it stopped the A/C. 27C was difficult to sleep in, until around midnight when it finally got down to 20C. We left the room by 4am.

Location was ideal for early flights out of Athens. It took a train and a cab to get to the hotel but it did the job we needed it to. The restaurant across the street was very very tasty!

The guests have to physically search for the taxi, which is not easy when there are literally dozens of other taxis at the pick up point: it can be quite stressful. The driver should get out of the taxi and physically wait at the pick up point with a sign showing the name of the hotel - right from the moment the taxi arrives. I do not understand why this is not done.

All okay. The free shuttle service compensates for the relatively higher price, but the hotel is well situated for amenities such as mini-supermarket and a taverna across the road. Journey to the airport is approx 10-15 minutes.

Good option if you nèed to stay a night before taking a flight. Marina helped uw qrrange the transfers to and from airport and fixed the coffee machine in our room.
