We had a perfect stay – 10/10! The host is absolutely amazing; no matter how many good things I say, it still wouldn’t be enough. The person working for him is extremely neat and such a kind soul. Cleanliness is at the highest level – everything in the apartment was spotless, not a single crumb anywhere. There are two jacuzzis, both perfectly clean. Honestly, I have never slept in a more beautiful apartment in my life. We are beyond satisfied, and if we ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an island hopping trip and were beyond happy to have chosen to stay here. After arriving by taxi, we were greeted by Azad at the nearby parking area, who then insisted on carrying our bags for us for the rest of the walk to the villa. He was also extremely helpful in showing us the room and how things work. There was a huge selection of food left for us in the room, which we had no idea about at the time of booking, including breads, ham, cheese, pastries, fruits, cereal, fruit juice and water. This was a lovely surprise and meant we could enjoy breakfast from the balcony without even having to go to a shop. They even offered to top up our breakfast selection on the second day of our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a very comfy bed and large shower. The outdoor area had a table and chairs, lounge chairs and a large hot tub, all of which were well-maintained. A wonderful place to stay for the price offered, and all within walking distance of the beautiful town of Oia. I cannot recommend Aetheria Villas highly enough!

Eugenia was an amazing host! She met us to walk us to the suite, wrote down recommendations and offered to book excursions for us! Meeting her alone is worth it to stay here! The room and facilities are also amazing. Large room and sofa, patio and hot tub, you couldn't ask for more!

The bed was so comfy, the welcome basket of breakfast goodies was great and the housekeeping was excellent The hotel is hidden away so you feel really cosy and secluded which is great in a busy place like Santorini. Eugenia was an excellent host and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Nothing I disliked about the property. However, if one wants to explore Santorini more then maybe better to stay at Fira which has the central bus station

The host Eugenia was great and made sure we had all the help we needed, and even helped us with great recommendations on things to do in Finikia and Oia. Azad was also helpful throughout the stay Shout out to the two restaurants next door in Finikia - Lefkes and Krinaki - which were excellent

Loved the location —near Oía but separated from the crush of tourists. Finikia is a quiet little town. Our contact at the property, Eugenia, could not have been more accommodating! Loved the outdoor hot tub and music from the adjacent hotel.

If you are looking for the perfect holiday house on Santorini look no further. This beautiful villa has everything you need and the furniture is brand new. The outside jacuzzi is a great bonus too! It's located in the quiet and very traditional village of Finikia so staying away from the more crowded and bustling streets of Oia will make you feel like a local. Eugenia was a fantastic hostess - very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. From the day we arrived to the day we left this was a 10/10 experience!

It’s a stunning property in a wuiet location with 3 restaraunts in close proximity. We only tried one though because the food was absolutley AMAZING! There is also a little convenient store that offers everything you need at local prices verses the price gauging at the touristy locations! The host Eugenia and Azad, the care taker, spoiled us rotten! We never wanted for anything! Azad evem served us breakfast in our apartment every day and we chose from a loval Greek menu! Everything was included, including fresh swueezed OJ!

The place is very cosy: comfy bed, well decorated room, nice terrace and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good as well - served in the room. Evgenia and Azad were extremely helpful and nice. Definitely recommend the property.

Our hostess, Euginia, made every effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible. She maintained contact with me to ensure that we knew where to go upon arrival in Santorini. She ensured that we got to the accommodation safely, took the time help us plan out an itinerary for every day that we were there, assisted us with bookings/reservations and pretty much sure that we made the most of every moment on the island. I definitely recommend Aetheria Villas to anyone who wishes to visit Santorini!

As we came here in off-season (end of March), the only thing missing was bath robes and a blanket for enjoying the sea view on the terrace.

The villa was very beautiful, clean (cleaning service came every day) and romantic. We really enjoyed both tubs, the one on the terrace as well as the one in the room. The hostess was amazing, gave us the best restaurant recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Most certainly would recommend staying here!

First of all the hosts, Konstantinos and Eugenia were super nice. He waited us in the parking lot and escort us to the place. The neighborhood includes good-looking small greekish houses and cave houses, everything was quiet and calm, note that we visited in November tho. The superior room is large enough, well-designed with the dark grey cave-styled walls and an inside hot tub which has nice bubbles and underwater LED lights. These will get you in the mood instantly for sure! You got superb bathroom with large mirror and some useful tools. Because of the inside pool, the air is quite humid in the room, but you get used to it in 2 minutes and sleeping in this humid environment makes wonders for your skin (according to my lady :) ). On the rooftop you got a cool outside jacuzzi with warm water and a wonderful view to the sea. All in all one final advice for the reader: you should try that one out, my friend! :)
