The location could be not suitable if you don’t have a car to travel

New building, comfortable, clean, friendly host, nice view, quiet location (we travel with car, so the distance to the beaches was not an issue).

Just a tiny detail about the sink in the bathroom which was block (the water was flowing really slowly into the plug unfortunately) and several limescale spots on the pipework of the shower. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The room (the one called "Thales") is very nice, all brand new, cosy, well furnished. The mattress is comfortable. The terrasse was nice and pleasant. A coffee machine was available in the room with 2 coffe pods, thanks for that.

If you're staying for longer than a few days, you'd probably miss having a kitchenette. There is a fridge, a coffee machine, plates and basic utensils, but if you use them, you'd have to wash them in the bathroom sink, which isn't very convenient. We brought our own electric kettle for the coffee we usually drink, and we don't cook, so not having a stove wasn't a problem for us. The terrace is big but it doesn't have much privacy. It can be a bit noisy from the other rooms, especially from upstairs.

The location is great. It's a bit higher so there is always a pleasant breeze, especially in the afternoon and evening. It's also right up the main road that will take you to Ormos Panagias, Nikiti and some beautiful beaches within minutes. There is enough parking space for all the guests. There is a barbeque that everyone can use. The host is very nice and responsive. There is a supermarket next to the accommodation. The room was very clean (cleaning and changing towels every three days). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect except for a slightly weak WiFi connection on the second floor.

The host is super welcoming and very responsive. The room was comfortable with new furniture and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is very nice, and the room looks exactly as it does in the photos.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Everything was brand new and clean, amazing location, 5 minutes from the beach. Konstantinos was extremely helpful and kind. The had a washing machine that we did use and I believe it was an amazing touch for our comfort

I liked the room, the aesthetic of the place, the fact that we had a small kitchen , the big balcony. The room was crispy clean and exactly like I want my home to be. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1 kid. The host and his family are so so nice, like you couldn’t wish for more, they are very friendly and they even texted us to ask if we are ok because he didn’t saw us the entire day. I really liked also the washing machine, for 12 days it’s so necessary to have one. I really recommend this place and Costas as well!

This place is not a hotel, for those who are wondering. It’s like a cross between a hotel and airbnb. It’s not situated by the sea, though it’s a short drive away. Our room was a bit small and the AC was placed right above the bed; on a warm and humid night, it blew almost directly on us.

Our host, Kostas, was very nice and helpful with the place, and he waited for us at the location for our late check in. The room was extremely clean, and everything was in order. The terrace was a welcome feature, nice and large enough to comfortably sit and chill, and breezy enough to air dry our swim wear. It also had access to the nice lush garden.

Facility is new and well equiped. Owners are very kind and always helpful. Everything is clean. Rooms are very functional. There are lot of appliance that you can use (hair dryer, coffe machine,...). I would reccomend to everyone thag are planning to stay in that are to reserve a room. You won't be dissapointed.

Everything is brand new, modern and minimalistic. The room and the bathroom are extremely clean! There is a modern patio with chairs and a table. Very thoughtful additions to the room - cutlery, coffee machine with capsules, fridge, dryer, thick curtains to make the room dark at night. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly and helpful! He offered suggestions for places to go. I would absolutely recommend this place!
