Showers could be a little bit bigger and wifi signal is weak.

I would like to emphasize the cleanness of this accommodation. Everything very well put together and location is amazing. Quiet is also something that could describe the atmosphere of the booking.

Nothing, all was good

Really nice small cozy family hotel in a quiet area of Skiathos, with all top-rated beaches neaby. Very clean (and cleaned regularly), aircon, anti-moskitos nets. Owners also opened a bar this year on a terrase, so you can have famous greek coffee fredo or another drink anytime. Supermarket and a few tavernas - 5 min from the hotel Comfy beds and pillows.

The Air conditioning in our room probably needeed some maintenance.

It is the third time we are staying at Aelia and it is always an excellent stay. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful from the last floor. It is close to Koukounaries beach, maybe the most beautiful beach in Skiathos. Many thanks to Giannis for his help and his fast answer to all our questions. As always, Dorina and Eugen are keeping our room spotless clean and are ready to help. We will for sure come back here !

The hotel is clean, well-kept, and just a short walk from the beach — ideal for a relaxing stay. What really stands out is the warm and personal atmosphere. There wasn’t anything major to complain about.

The apartment was clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to some of the best beaches, slightly elevated above the main road, which kept the temperature pleasant and the area peaceful.

-very old sanitary facilities (plumbs with a good deal of rust etc) -bath cabin extremely small -no option for breakfast or other meal (only drinks and some pastries could be bought from the location), which is such a pity because there is a very nice terrace where it could be carried on

-very nice staff (ianis, dorina and eugen were very polite and helpful) -great location near the biggest beach in the city -good value for the money paid -nice house and yard, with a good view -clean location

Up a steep hill.

Very clean, cleaned room every day, beds changed regularly. Kitchenette had everything needed if you wanted to cook. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

The price was a little high, but I think this is the case for all the rented properties.

The room was cleaned every day, the little kitchen had all we needed and the supplies were in good condition. The mosquito net was new or it seemed that way. The property is very well managed, for Greece is was perfect (usually in Greece most of the studios are so-so, an old furniture, a fry pan with scratches on the teflon, a missing mosquito net, an old door, etc) Here it was not the case, I was very surprised and happy to find everything in perfect condition for my family.

Nothing really. Everything was perfect.

The location was very close to the Koukounaries beach. We had a supermarket and a very good restaurant next to the building. The room was perfect to accommodate us, spacious and had exactly what we needed. The balcony was comfy enough to spend the evening there. The staff was very friendly. We had a very beautiful olive trees orchard in front of us.

Nicely furbished rooms, very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach, very good restaurants nearby. Very friendly and responsive staff (big hugs to Doina and Eugen). We strongly recommend the place and we will definitely come again.

Ideally we would have liked more in terms of kitchen equipment. Plug for the bathroom sink would have reduced water consumption.

Excellent location, and quiet. Frequent bus service to the town, and it ran late into the evening. The air conditioning was efficient, and the balcony was a bonus.

It is a wonderful accomodation, close to the beach. The owners are great people, every detail is very well thought of for the confort of the guests. The essentials (bed, towels) are very clean and cleaning is made every day.
