Everything was exceptional about the hotel!

Everything was exceptional about Aeifos Boutique Hotel. We were greeted extremely kindly with a cocktail, fresh fruits, received a room upgrade, and were given a wealth of valuable information about places to visit and things to do on the island. The location is perfect with several places to eat or have a drink within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is a hidden gem where you can enjoy an exquisite dinner away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Will definitely come back to this hotel in a nearby future.

Great service! Extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and coordinating a massage. Easy access to the main road yet still on the top of the caldera with fantastic views. Really enjoyed our stay.

The only minor point is that the hotel sits slightly further inland, so the room views are not as fully open and panoramic over the sea as in some other properties. Still, the hospitality and attention more than make up for it.

Excellent service despite a short stay We spent less than 24 hours at the hotel due to a flight delay, but the experience was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — they even upgraded our room, arranged all our transfers, and secured the best table at the restaurant we wanted. Service was truly flawless.

The pool was very cold in June and maybe they consider warming it a bit. There is not much to do in Santorini so using the pool can be good. The sauna is in the Gym and it sits in front of the gym bathroom. Not the prettiest site.

The staff is just amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with everything and they always say hello and smile genuinely and not forcefully. The food is great

Staying in this hotel is a MUST when visiting Santorini. The property is outstanding; a perfect location with amazing views, food, gorgeous rooms, and top tier cleaning services. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were stocked with water, welcome snacks and drinks, and Nespresso pods! We dined at Bony Fish and greatly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. What really makes this hotel stand out from any place I’ve stayed is the AMAZING staff. The communication was excellent prior to arrival and continued to be for the entire stay. Every staff member was attentive, warm, kind, and extremely helpful to every request we had. In many cases they answered questions we didn’t even know we had, and offered assistance for things we didn’t know we needed! They graciously provided an overview and entire itinerary for an ideal stay on the island upon our arrival. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and considerate they were to a disabled member of my family, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The staff even went so far as taking it upon themselves to arrange for wheelchair accommodations at the airport for our flight back to Athens. They also graciously provided us breakfast takeaway for our very early morning flight. Our brief stay at Aeifos will forever be memorable not only because of the gorgeous amenities but because of the incredible people that made the experience what it was. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone who wants the most relaxing, seamless stay in Santorini!

Literally nothing.

My husband and I travel a lot. When I say this was the best hotel we've ever stayed in our lives, it is not an exaggeration. Every single aspect of it was phenomenal. It was like a dream. I now have a very clear visual of what paradise is.

The walls are a little thin , the room we were in had a door to the room next to us (interconnecting but locked obviously) and we had extremely loud neighbours , who would sing and slam doors at 11.30pm and then would do the same at 7am, so interrupted our sleep, no fault of the hotels just got unlucky with the people next to us.

The hotel was so beautiful, the rooms were so nice and cozy and the staff were honestly incredible, so helpful and extremely accommodating! The breakfast had a great variety and the pool had the most amazing view!

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Aeifos! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with suggestions for restaurants and other activities. The views from the hotel pool were incredible. There is a walking path below the hotel and the pool/hotel attracted amazed attention from bypassers. This hotel had the best breakfast on our trip. The location of the hotel was good in my opinion, situated in the quieter Imerovigli, away from the busy areas. The walk to Fira was about 20 minutes with breathtaking views. I would highly recommend!

All the staff were very polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Hotel was at a high standard and very clean. Location was probably one of the best on Santorini and very central. Highly recommend it, as we stayed there for 8 days.

The staff was incredible - they helped us book cars, recommended places and restaurants to go to and very beyond accommodating the whole stay. The breakfast was amazing and we were able to try different things each morning. And of course the views from the hotel were unmatched. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a hot tub on the patio and it was perfect.

Everything was excellent ! This is a beautiful and luxurious property with the most amazing service ! When we checked in our family got upgraded to the Athena suite with our own private pool ! Our children were so happy !The room was gorgeous and spacious .The staff made sure we were comfortable and guided us with the modern room comfort control settings . We got a welcome bottle of champagne and fruits and for the evening we got chocolates ! They assisted us with transfers , car rental , activities and Restaurant recommendations! FYI hotel restaurant is delicious highly recommend . There’s underground parking but also public parking close by . Breakfast had lots of options , and since we had to depart early for our flight . They sent us packed breakfast , very accommodating for my Gluten-free meal as well . I am glad we picked this hotel and chose to stay in Imorvigli ! Santorini is beautiful , but our stay at the Aeifos made it more memorable .

The location, the hotel, the staff-all of it was exceptional!! The staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely attentive. The location just north of Fira was exactly what we were looking for-it was walkable to shopping and restaurants, but also provided the peaceful setting we were looking for, The view was spectacular!!! The breakfast included had more than enough fresh options and was a delight to have right on the property. Drinks and food served poolside all day. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent location close to Fira but not too close)). Nice and quiet area with phenomenal views. New and stylish decor. Wonderful rooms and public areas. The only 5 star hotel I could find that had a caldera view and an elevator plus great value for my money. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Eleni who is brilliant and made our stay great!! Polly at the front and the young lady serving breakfast every morning are the absolute best too. I will definitely come back some day.

I did a lot of research to try and find a property that gave us the luxury that we were looking for, had caldera views, but that was just outside the bigger touristy areas. This hotel was perfect for all of that. The stand out for this hotel is that the staff are amazing - So attentive and friendly! The hotel is spotlessly clean and it was probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! We stayed in the Master Suite/Honeymoon Suite, which had its own double terrace and hot tub. As we were above the level of the path, the balcony and hot tub were incredibly private, unlike many of the others below the path which are overlooked. Good breakfast selection which ran to 11am. The pool is not heated, but was welcomed on the hotter day we had. There was also a gym and sauna, be we didn’t make use of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Perfect location (easy access to both Fira and Oia, loving the hiking trail btw), nicely designed hotel with technologically advanced facilities, friendly and helpful staffs, tasty and fresh breakfast, breathtaking view. Enjoyed the stay very much.
