Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood—very safe and close to the center of Parikia. There is a supermarket, a café, and everything else you might need nearby. The hotel was really clean and charming. Check-in was fast, and the owner was very helpful.

United KingdomThe staff here are absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and gave us brilliant advice upon arrival. The hotel is located in a good spot for both Parikia centre and for getting the bus to beaches along the island. The room was lovely with a beautiful terrace area.

FranceNothing we didn't like
Everything was great. Nice room, well decorated, enough space for two people, great A/C, great bed, cute little terrace with an amazing garden of orange trees and jasmines, there is a parking just behind the property. Cleaning service everyday. Moschoula in the front desk was lovely, very helpful. There is an amazing bakery just next door, a supermarket meters away and you can walk 15 min down to Parikia town and a little cute beach. It's a nice location to go everywhere in the island by car or even bus

CanadaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The manager was very welcoming and took the time to explain how to get to the main sights using the local buses, which was very helpful. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is ideal, easily accessible from the port, which made things very convenient. The area is very quiet even if there is a main street in front of the hotel, and there’s a great bakery right next to the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

CyprusAegeon Garden is an ideal place to stay during your trip to Paros. The location in Paroikia is really convenient , with everything being at walking distance , whether it is the port (ferries to mainland , other Cyclades islands or Antiparos) or the main bus station with frequent connections to the whole island. (There is also bus stop outside Aegeon garden with bus connections to the west and southwest parts of the island). There is a supermarket next to the place for everything you might need and a bakery ideal for breakfast. We were a group of 4 friends and stayed in a family room (2 interconnected rooms with a bathroom to share between the 2) and felt really comfortable. The rooms were modern and nicely decorated and very clean (excellent cleaning service). The staff were also very helpful to make arrangements if needed and welcome and keen to make suggestions on how to spend the day and enjoy our holiday in Paros. We also really appreciated the fact that we we were allowed to check in early in our room (since it was ready and available) as our ferry from Ios arrived quite early for check in.

United KingdomVery small bathroom, particularly the shower - both my wife and I are slim, but anyone bigger than us would have real trouble using the shower. The bed and in fact the whole room is designed in the whitewashed moulded concrete style, which looks good but makes for a 'mattress on the floor' feel to the bed. That level of rigid firmness led to quite poor sleep for the duration of our stay, though others may enjoy it.
Lovely host and good location next to an excellent bakery (shout out to the lovely staff there as well).

Perfect location in Paros, especially if you have a car. It’s a nice walk into Parikia, but there’s a good bakery and supermarket right next door. The staff were very helpful!

SerbiaPerhaps a shuttle to and from the port would help.
Aegeon Garden in Paros offers a charming and comfortable stay with a lovely Cycladic-style ambiance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-equipped, featuring marble floors and traditional furnishings that create a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Parikia’s center, the port, and a beautiful beach, with a great bakery and supermarket nearby for convenience.

GermanyThe location was ok, on a very busy road so a bit sketchy to cross the street and with barely no sidewalk it felt a bit unsafe. But I guess is not necessarily their fault.
The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was super nice and It was close to an excellent bakery. It was a short walk to a beach and it had a supermarket close by

United StatesThe road right outside of the property is very busy. It doesn’t affect the tranquillity and quietness of the place at all but could be inconvenient because of the traffic.
The property was well maintained, manicured and clean.

CanadaNot much to complain about here! Location is a bit farther from the shops/picturesque area of Parikia but was also very quite and more peaceful then the busy areas.
Room was clean and had enough space for 4 people! The hotel pool was nice and the overall space was great.

What a great find, a perfect little oasis on our island hopping adventure. Spotlessly clean with fresh sheets and towels every day. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. Lovely local bakery just next door…perfect for coffee, fresh orange and a croissant! 7 minute walk to the seafront. We would definitely book again.

Very clean, tidy little property just 5 minutes walk from the main town. We were a bit worried after seeing it’s on a busy road, but it is very quiet and pretty with the garden buffer. It’s across the road from a supermarket and next to a great bakery. Includes aircon and a little kitchenette. The host communicated well and fixed an issue with the shower quickly.

United Arab EmiratesFirst of all the staff were super kind and helpful. The location is a walking distance from old town. The room was as expected. It was cleaned every day of our stay. The wifi is okay but there is a booster on the balcony which was good. The shower handle was broken. We informed them and they fixed it by the time we came back. The bed is so comfortable. Though the garden is on the main street but it is so quiet and calm. The parking area is convenient and accessible. Will definitely come back again here for my next visit to Paros.

United KingdomI felt that the ‘kitchen’ type area could’ve done with a sink or at least a wash up bucket as once cutlery provided was used it just sat on the side until cleaners visited the next morning. We were located in the detached section of the hotel which was across a busy road which was sometimes stressful to cross but hotel cannot do anything about that.
Lovely, clean property with comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Room was cleaned everyday with new towels provided and washing up done. Great value for money

AustraliaThis beautiful hotel is run by the loveliest people! Before arrival, we were sent information on check-in, including different transport options from the port, and even offered to organise transportation for us. In the morning, they took time to give some excellent recommendations for food and beaches. The room is lovely and spacious, and came with everything we needed including a little drying rack on the balcony, which was much-needed for our beach towels after our many swims. There is a bakery and supermarket very close by- we loved sitting on the balcony with a breakfast of fresh koulouri, yoghurt and summer fruit each morning. There is parking on-site, which was perfect for us as we'd hired a scooter. This place is so lovely, thank you all so much for taking such great care of us!
