Loved everything about the aegeeis. The couple that run it are wonderful, so kind and helpful. The rooms are made up to spotless standard daily and the location is great. A short walk to the beach and a supermarket just across the road. The buses that service the island are just outside the hotel.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about Aegeeis!

Every aspect of this place exceeded our expectations. We chose the hotel’s pick-up and drop-off service, and after arriving by ferry, we were warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman who helped with our bags and drove us to the hotel - a quick 15-minute ride. At check-in, we met a gentleman (possibly the owner) who welcomed us, though we had also been provided with clear instructions and a door code for late arrivals. The room was stunning - beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. Spacious enough for the two of us, it felt just perfect. The pool area was like something out of a movie, with its own private entrance, a large beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, and even a sunbed accompanied by soft music playing through speakers. The location was ideal - a hidden gem of Santorini. We enjoyed all the usual tourist highlights in the main town but loved escaping to our peaceful slice of paradise surrounded by great restaurants and gorgeous beaches. When our flight was delayed, the owner kindly let us store our bags and relax by the pool. If I could live here, I would! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Shower was a bit small.

Good location. 10 min walk to the beach or a 1-2 min drive. Shop is across the road. Really loved the pool. Bed was really comfy too.

No kitchenette area, hard to prepare food. Cutlery and plates provided, but no bowls.

Bus stop right outside, allowing us to visit town of Fira, and from there you can get bus to Oia. Reception was very helpful in offering bus timetables, and advice of how to get back to the port. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was lovely too. Beach is a ten min walk away. Town of Perissa is walkable and has lots of bars and restaurants, aswell as along the beach front.

I didn't consider it whilst staying upon reflection, there was no charging socket by the bathroom mirror for electric toothbrush or shaver.

Easy to access the property for checking in, after reception was closed. Room was an adequate size. Perfect for one person, especially. Useful fridge and utensils/crockery if choosing to eat in the room. Spacious balcony with table and two chairs with light for evening use, looking over the pool. One bottle of water in fridge upon arrival and some tea bags and coffee pods provided also. Cafe located opposite the hotel. Easy walking distance five minutes to two supermarkets, one cheaper than the other. Sheets and bedding all comfortable and white and clean and fresh. Plenty of lights in the room and plug sockets. Bathroom was lovely. Nice black fixtures and fittings. Inside and pool towels provided. Such lovely hosts. Very helpful for booking hire car and recommending activities and offering to book those also.spoke superb English and had a genuine hosting good nature about them. I swam daily and there were plenty of shaded and exposed seats for choice. The day before was my favourite. Pool clean and no chlorine residue. I would definitely recommend and return myself and I do hope to stay again.

Everythink was benn perfect.

Very good location. outside the hotel is bus easy to reach all famous places by bus. Fare is 2,5€ to fiza from Fiza to Oia 2€. Beach is 10 min walk. Room very clean staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool is amazing.

Aegeeis was the most wonderful stay. The room was immaculate and such a good size, with a fabulous terrace where we had coffee and sat with the resident ginger cat each morning. Erjona from reception gave us tons of amazing recommendations and sorted us a catamaran day trip which was the highlight of our trip. We’d go again any time and couldn’t recommend enough!

If you need to get a taxi from airport, port etc check with hotel beforehand so you have an idea of what the rate should be (we hadn't a clue).

Lovely accommodation and really friendly, helpful staff. The room itself and bathroom were great. Loved the pool too. It's only about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take the shorter option. The hotel kindly arranged a shuttle to the Port because the bus to the Fira was full and wouldn't let us on. It was worth it as the driver was very nice and no hassle. Would stay at Aegeeis again. Thank you for looking after us :-)

Wasn’t a negative for me but the property is on a very busy road so may be something to bare in mind for some.

Erjona and the staff are so helpful and I utilised almost all of her recommendations to have a memorable trip on the island. The property is exactly as pictured and being a solo traveller the bus stop being outside was perfect as I opted to not hire a car. Being a solo female I also felt extremely safe and welcomed. The rooms are so cosy and homely and make for a comfortable stay.

Space around the pool was a bit compact. Noise from the road, whilst trying to relax around the pool, road is a busy one. Saying that we could not hear this once in our room. Noise from other hotel guests coming in late at night (3am- lots of noise etc).

Erjona was super friendly and helpful- recommended some super places to visit and booked our taxi and hire car. Cleaning staff were amazing also. Room was a good size with a great sized balcony that had the evening sun. Beds were super comfy and so were the pillows (I’m very fussy with pillows) Location was great, coffee shop and mini market right across the road, car rental close by and a 15 minute walk to the sea front. Pool was lovely. Loved the big double sun bed! Loved our visit each day from the ginger cat (we nick named Gerri)

Very good quality hotel. Amazing localization, bus stop, restaurant and supermarket just in front of the hotel. 20minutes from airport by a car. Small, but comfortable parking, hotel recommends a rentalcar. Nice room, clean with everything you can expect. Nice pool. And now the most important thing you can have in the hotel- stuff. Erjona is such an incredible person, so sweet and kind, she helped us with everything we needed, she recommended us the best places to see and eat, she made our stay unforgettable. Erjona if you are reading this we want to thank you so much one more time! Ladies from housekeeping also very nice, always smiling. We had a great time in here, definitely too short, hope to be back soon.

Exceeded my expectations - no complaints!

Comfortable room with large balcony! Gorgeous pool area with towels provided. Bus stop and supermarket with coffee shop right outside. Erjona was extremely helpful, recommending restaurants and assisting us in booking a taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay.

The location wasn’t the best if u don’t want to rent a car or a ATV u might have a problem- the buses aren’t always reliable, in season they are full.

Beautiful room, amazing pool with many sofas and sunbeds. Very nice and helpful staff, very clean. Very close to the market which is open i think till 00:00. Close to the bus stop.
