How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThis hotel is simply wonderful. Although it’s large, it feels very boutique and intimate. The rooms are spacious and well designed, and the pools are clean and spread out, so you never feel crowded. The staff are amazing – both professional and discreet, yet always helpful. We were given our room right after arrival, even though it was well before check-in time. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the hotel offers direct access to the beach via a short, private path. The whole atmosphere is calm and quiet, with guests showing great courtesy and respect. A perfect place to relax – I highly recommend it.

Verified reviewThe perfect hotel in terms of price–quality–location–service! A welcome gift in the room in the form of a bottle of prosecco 🥰 High-quality cleaning and daily towel replacement. Pleasant and fast service in the restaurant. Extremely helpful reception staff.♥️ Yes, you can hear planes, but from around 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. there is no traffic, so it’s easy to sleep. If needed, you can buy soft earplugs in the nearby supermarket. In the room, the emergency exit lamp shines brightly – bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light. The room has 4 pillows (2 small and 2 large), and a small kettle. The hairdryer in the room turned out to be too weak for long hair – we called reception, and they immediately brought another one (new and powerful). Delicious breakfasts and dinners – there is always something to choose from to your taste. Many thanks to the chef and the entire restaurant team! There are 3 swimming pools for adults and 1 pool for children on the premises. You can reach the beach through the hotel grounds where the 2 new pools are located (on Google Maps you’ll see an empty lot, but in reality there are now new buildings and those two pools). No cars go there, unlike the other road to the beach near reception. *See the photo for the beach access.

Verified reviewThe food is quite appropriate for a 4-star hotel. It was tasty, the choice of food was not very large but quite sufficient, and the dishes changed every day. There were also always vegan options and traditional dishes available. The staff were very friendly. They responded quickly to messages in the booking chat. There is a place to store your luggage. You can arrange for early check-in or late check-out. The rooms are cleaned daily and have air conditioner. It takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. We paid €25 for a transfer for two people. There are 4 swimming pools on the territory. We used them after 11 am. as the water was slightly cold in the early morning (when the daily air temperature fluctuated from +25 to +28). It may be a little difficult to find free sun beds at lunchtime, but it is usually possible. The hotel area is nice and clean, and there are locations to take beautiful photos. The beach is very close, maybe a minute to walk. What you should know about the beach is that the seabed is one single large rock. In windy weather, it is quite difficult to get into the water. Moving to the right along the beach, you can find a small pier and use it to get in. Sun beds on the beach are free if you order something at the cafe/bar nearby. If you only need a sun bed, do not agree if the cafe has a minimum order price or purchasing lunch is required. You can easily find something cheaper or just lie down on a towel on the sand. There is also public transport to Fira each 20 minutes (in 2025 it costs 2 euro per person, cash only). It takes 10 minutes on foot to get to the bus station and 20 more minutes by bus to get Fira. The staff at the reseption can explain it in more detail

Verified reviewGreat location, extremely helpful staff at the reception. Helped us tremendously. Couldn’t fault them. The facilities were lovely and the new part of the hotel was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I would say is that the bathroom plumping did have a slight smell. Could’ve had the music a little louder on the main pool.

Verified reviewThe hotel is really comfortable. We have been in 5 hotels in Kamari and this is the best. 3 swimming pools, good breakfasts, great room.

Verified reviewThree different pools! Really nice. Good location and accommodating staff. Decent prices in the bar.
The breakfast is ok only. The staff needs to learn to cook scrambled eggs and bacon properly, so if you are a fan of English style breakfast then you will be a bit disappointed.

Verified reviewThe hotel looks exactly like on the photos. It's well located near the beach of Kamari. But it's not the location, or the beautiful buildings makes this hotel good, but the people who work here. The staff is amazing. The room, the food (both breakfast and dinner) and the pool are also great.
There were some noisy english guests with terrible behaivour, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Verified reviewThe hotel turned out to be even nicer than it looked in the Booking photos. We stayed in what seemed to be a newer part of the property – the rooms there were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was great to have several pool areas with comfortable sunbeds to relax on. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the promenade with a beach, plenty of restaurants, and shops. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing, it was perfect

Verified reviewEverything about this hotel was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the sun. The whole place was very clean and well-kept, and our room was super comfortable. We also loved having access to three pools, which meant it never felt crowded. If you’re planning a trip to Santorini, I’d definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect base for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Verified reviewGorgeous hotel in a perfect location.. a few minutes walk to the beach and the main strip with lots of restaurants. We stayed with our 6 year old and almost 2 year old and we can’t fault it. The pool area was lovely. There were lots of other families staying here too. The main pool had a smaller shallow part which was great for the kids. The hotel areas and rooms were very clean. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Penny. I would definitely return if we were to come back to Santorini!

Verified reviewVery clean, in good Location close to the airport. The hotel look even better in real life than in the photos. Breakfast was delicious, not very diverse but you will find everything you need. I would definitely choose this place again!
Everything was perfect, only inconvenient thing was airplanes landing right above your head, so I was a little bit noisy sometimes but after a few days I got used to it.
