The studio was exceptionally clean, the host was very kind and welcoming, and there is free parking available. The location is great – just a 10-minute walk from the town center and about 15 minutes from the beach. The courtyard of the property feels very safe and secure. Highly recommended!

For me personally, would chose a first floor room as being on the ground floor, I was disturbed by the neighbours above.

The furniture in the rooms looks a little bit outdated, but fortunately is very taken care of and comfortable.

Everything about the place was amazing. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the center, but very quiet. The path to the beach is pretty steep, and takes about 8-10 minutes by foot, but the views from the apartments make it worth the walk :) the pool has many sun beds, most of them overlooking the sea, and the pool bar and restaurant are lovely and not very pricey. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping takes care of that each morning. The whole staff is really really friendly, and I could not recommend this place more.

They closed the pool very early. the price at the bar was a little bit expensive. The room looks old-fashioned, but everything is in good condition.

We had peacefull stay with beautiful view on the sea, there is amazing pool and pool bar in the vila. Parking place is wide and secure. Everything is nearby, beautiful beaches 5 min walking.. Owners are very sweet and polite. We will come again for sure. Thank you Aegan Blue 🙂

This a perfect place to stay in Afytos. It is slightly away from the centre, but yet, everything is within a walking distance. There is an internal parking area in the complex. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help.

The air-conditioner did not work. The pillowcases were a rough fabric and towels a little worn. The cleaner would come in without knocking or checking if we were still inside the room. The bathroom needs a Reno but for the price it was good enough.

Bathroom was not so much cleaned as it had mold and stains. Most of the cleaned fresh towels we had presented stains, including part of the bedding. I think they all need a replacement. Also the property from the inside might need a refurb.

Location and view were amazing in the same way as George and his wife are in managing the property.

- The beds are too hard, because they lack real mattress bedframe, making sleeping uncomfortable and painful. Although mattresses were thick, they were put on some kind of free standing 1.5cm thick timber, which doesn't bend at all under the mattress, which makes the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. Even if you remove one plank, sleeping is still uncomfortable and not what is it supposed to be on a vacation. For 7 years on different places in Afitos, this was my most uncomfortable bed. - The air conditioning is really noisy and not cooling down as it is supposed to be, you can sleep completely naked, without any bedcover with air conditioning on the whole night. - The balconies need some kind of decorative physical barrier in between them, otherwise they are too close to each other making it embarrasing to sit on with others so close. Would be a plus if they had some kind of shadow shelter. - Maybe one of the biggest disappointments is the swimming pool - it can be used only between 10AM and 6PM, no early morning or night swimming allowed, so we never tried it, as we preferred the sea in these hours. When there is anyway no lifeguard to be paid, what's the point?! - Unfortunately 2 single beds, not one double bed as we were a couple and it is a double room. - Parking could be visually separated from the pool and bar with some bushes or shelters, cause now cars are hanging on top of them. - The main lamp in the room 204 had maybe some switch malfunction and didn't work, one of the bedlamps had a burned bulb.

The location is super, near city center and above the seacoast. - Very good terrace for breakfast/dinning with spectacular view. - The staff is super friendly, especially the lady dishing up at the bar. - There is a private parking, which unfortunately lacks some kind of shadow shelter, cars are under the burning sun. - The shower has a hanger on the wall, on many places it's missing - The place is very clean and quiet as a whole (except for AC) - The option to have a meal at the bar is very nice, the food is good, especially the appricot jam.
