A matter of preference but the mattresses were a little too hard for my comfort but on asking, we were provided with a memory foam top layer which made it a lot better. A sandwich maker would be a great addition to the kitchen to warm up some pita breads.

Great location, close to the beach, the shopping and restaurant area as well as the bus stop to Fira. Nice terrace and balconies for each room. Air conditioning was a blessing. There were some noisy neighbors across the street but nothing horrific. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable - either built or renovated recently. Perissa beach was marvelous - stay close to the cliff face, where the water is sandy and calm. The best part was our hosts Markos and Petros - like two uncles having us for a vacation! We could turn to them with any questions practically any time of the day. We even got some gifts from them! They arranged transfer from the airport and waited for us with the keys, showing us around the apartment - even though it was after 10pm (the flight was delayed). Very convenient and comfortable.

The villa is located 3 minutes from the bus stop leading to Fira, affordable souvenir shops, market and a great place where you can have gyros and 4 minutes from the beach. The location is great, you have everything you could want in close proximity. The apartment is fully equipped and fulfills all possible needs, you can live long-term there without any problems. It excels by cleanliness and well chosen furniture, without any defect We send a warm hug to our hosts, their hospitality and soul made our vacation perfect! They stocked our apartment with various snacks, made us the best recommendations to serve food in places appreciated by the locals, thus protecting us from possible scams. They were very responsive and we felt they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I hope we can return to this superb accommodation and hope to see them again soon. We would highly recommend this accommodation, there is no better place to stay in Perissa with an extremely fair price and wonderful hosts!

The property exuded a quiet elegance, its architecture gently evoking through its most striking feature being the gracefully vaulted ceiling- curving upward like those of a chapel- imbuing the space with a sense of peace and quiet grandeur. The soaring ceilings offered a sense of serene spaciousness, complemented by the generous proportions of the balcony, rooms, and front patio. Every corner gleamed with immaculate cleanliness, and the air quality-crisp and refreshing- paired with excellent insulation, kept the space naturally cool even during our absence. Upon returning, we were welcomed by a sense of calm and comfort that made it feel like home. Adding to the charm were original paintings by Petros, one of the hosts, depicting scenes from the nearby historic town of Emperio. These artworks lent the space a distinct cultural soul- a soft Grecian aura that honored local heritage and gave the interior a warm, personal character. Thoughtful amenities like the washing machine and well-equipped kitchen added ease and made even the simplest routines feel relaxed and enjoyable. Just a five-minute stroll from the beach, the home is located in a tranquil, picturesque area, framed by mountains and filled with light- a perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. What truly made the experience extraordinary was the warmth of our hosts. Their kind gestures- from leaving us a selection of teas, sweets, orange juice, and water in the fridge to their heartfelt welcome- added a deeply personal touch. Their attentiveness and gracious spirit made our stay not just relaxing, but genuinely memorable.

Given the opinions, the expectations were high, but still our hosts managed to exceed them. The apartament was lovely, clean and had every commodity we needed (and more). But what is even more important the hosts are the nicest and most helpful people you will meet on the island. The apartament came with lovely hospitality package and a list of recommendations of best places to eat and drink, and the owners were always ready to help and give excelent tourist tips! Highly recommended!

Nothing - was perfect

This is a lovely little apartment that has everything you need. It is only a few minutes walk to bus, beach, restaurants and cafes. Quiet location and very comfortable. The hosts are the best we’ve ever had (and we’ve had some lovely ones!). Kind and friendly with great recommendations for the area. They also gave us fresh bread with butter and jams, coffee, tea, cold beer and wine. A lovely treat of baklava was also given to us during our stay and a very sweet farewell gift. They make the stay memorable

Location was great. Close to the sea, to the bus station and quite close to the supermarket. Hosts were amazing: have never seen so nice and welcoming people before. They made our stay just perfect. Wonderful terrace with a partly sea view and a mountain view. We had absolutely everything for a vacation in the apartments including food, wine, coffee and even beach towels.

If I can give more than 10, then I will. Everything was perfect. Starting with the hosts which are doing everything to feel like you are a very valuable friend: transfer free from the airport when you are coming, welcome gifts like butter, gem, bread , wine, beer, water, coffee; then some small traditional gifts when are you leaving…. I am a very old user of booking and airbnb and I was not treated like this until now. Markos and Petros you raise the bars and did everything more than right!🙏😍Then the apartment.. extra clean, everything you want inside included umbrella and beach towels. The cleaning is coming each on second day. I stayed in apartment no 5 with a huge balcony and very nice rooms. Perissa is known as being one of the best beaches in Santorini. The Adelphi is located 2 min from the beach ( you can see the sea from the balcony) , 2 min from a supermarket, 2 min from the bus station and 5 min from a great bakery. I am recommending Adelphi from all my heart❤️

If you go to Santorini in the south, you HAVE to stay in Adelphi apartments. The apartment was spacious and clean, with walking distance to the beach. The highlight were our hosts Markos and Petros who were amazing! We were with our baby and they really went out of their way to accommodate us and help make our stay enjoyable. I really have a feeling like we went to visit our family. Thank you for everything!

We were picked up from the ferry terminal and arrived at the house to bread, beer, water etc. And the most welcoming hosts you could ever have. When we left, they made sure to come and say goodbye and give us a little token of Santorini. The house itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. It is walking distance to a lovely beach and great restaurants (we were given a fantastic recommendation list by the hosts). Would definitely stay here again!
